Luxurious and comfortably furnished apartment for single use. The accommodation is conveniently centrally quietly located directly on the slopes and ski lift. At the cozy breakfast you can see directly from the windows on the Gerlos plate and on the surrounding mountain ranges unhindered. Here you can ski right up to the door. The central location distinguishes the property. You can park the car in the underground garage (2 parking spaces in a row ) and do everything by foot for the rest of the holiday.

Deine Unterkunft ist nur 500 m Fußweg von der Gerloser Dorfbahn (Einstieg in das Skigebiet der Zillertal Arena) und dem Ortszentrum entfernt. Du wirst das Studio lieben wegen der freundlichen und komfortablen Einrichtung mit kleiner Küchenzeile und neuem Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Alleinreisende. Balkon ist keiner vorhanden, du kannst aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten zum Sonnen und Entspannen nutzen. Das Studio liegt im Parterre neben der Eingangstür.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes.
