"Guesthouse Agae" is a small house for rent in a renovated old private house in a village called "Kinju", a popular village for travelers walking on Kumano Kodo and Nakabeji.(Opened in September 2020) Kumano Kodo and Prince Kumano are about 550 meters (about 7 minutes on foot), and supermarkets, bus stops, and restaurants are within 30 seconds on foot, making it a very convenient location. Since the owner is a local Kumano Kodo guide, we will respond as much as possible to questions and advice about walking on the old road, and pick up and drop off in case of trouble.A personal guide is also available, so please feel free to contact us. B:Kyoto MACHIYA with garden woodbath Barrier free

Just 5 minutes by walk from subway Imadegawa station. You can stay like you live in Kyoto. We have wooden bath with small garden view. There are wooden deck besides living space, you will have relaxing time at the wooden deck with Japanese traditional style garden "Karesansui "garden view. This house is barrier free. There are distance between Tatami room and wood floor but we can prepare bed at wood floor so I think it is no problem. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
