Modern well furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating (+grill) . Within a 15-minute walk you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/post car/ship) and lakeside promenade.

Newly renovated and cozy ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with approx. 34 square meters. There are three sleeping arrangements: one double bed and one sleeping couch with 1.80 m length. There is a separate small kitchen as well as bathroom with shower. Towels and hair dryers are available. Also bedding and cuddly blankets. Also on the ground floor is a laundry room with washing machine. A free parking space is right by the house. The Bodenseecard-West and the city tax are already included!

On the south-facing balcony you can enjoy the sun all day long and spend cozy evenings in the open kitchen-living room. The lake is only a 300 m walk away and the apartment is part of an ecological and wood & brick house. Our garden offers a direct view of the lake. Two bikes are available to explore the surrounding area.

Lovely flat with private garden.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
