Stunning view of the archipelago

Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

Two-room apartment in a 70-square-meter villa in a beautiful hillside location between Marina di Campo and the magnificent Galenzana beach in the wonderful park of the Tuscan Archipelago. The sea view apartment consists of a large living room with two sofa beds, one with one square and one with two. There is a large kitchen and bedroom with the double bed. It has an outdoor private parking space. From the house you can walk to two beaches in five minutes: Marina di Campo and Galenzana.

Siamo a 6/7 minuti d'auto dalle spiagge di M.di Campo, Cavoli, Fetovaia, ecc..Il nostro Paese ha, al centro , un piccolo borgo medioevale ed intorno altri siti storici antichi . E' ad un altitud. di 220 m , nei pressi ci sono boschi che danno un alternativa alla giornata in spiaggia . Dal P.le Belvedere si vedono le isole del Giglio, Pianosa , Montecristo e l'Argentario...... Data l'altitudine la temperatura è gradevole sempre. Su internet , San Piero - paese dell'isola d'Elba.

An ancient and characteristic rustic renovated stone, with a large outdoor space with a paved pavilion and a large garden. Interior consisting of: kitchenette with induction hob, microwave and kettle. Disposal/ wardrobe, windowed bathroom with shower. Loft with French bed and bright velux. Air conditioning. The cottage is 70 meters from the sea and has a private garden.

The Paolina house is a unique environment overlooking a private garden surrounded by mastic and myrtle. The outdoor space is very pleasant to have lunch and relax with the singing of the birds. The Mediterranean scrub that surrounds it and the proximity to the sea make this small property the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. Redinoce 2 minutes and Paolina Beach 10 minutes by foot.
