NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

We offer a cozy, newly furnished 2 room apartment with wonderful mountain views in a converted farmhouse on the outskirts of Bernau. The farm is in a quiet and dreamy location. To the north is Lake Chiemsee, in the south is the mountains. Direct connection to the hiking trails to the first Chiemgauer Almen. Alter Salinweg / Kampenwand / Gedererwand 5 minutes by bike and 15 minutes walking to the center of town. 15 minutes by bike and 10 minutes by car to Lake Chiemsee.

Studio by the Lake Large private studio with terrace. 4 minute walk to the lake. The studio was intentionally designed to provide wide space for thought, reflection and movement. Oak floors in the living space and heated tile in the bathroom. Very quiet area with a peaceful view. The apartment is located close to the Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and a couple of other small lakes. There are plenty of opportunities for sports and cultural events. Numerous restaurants provide local and international cuisine for every kind of taste. Here you can spend your holidays in a rural and traditional atmosphere. My accommodation is suitable for couples, travelers and families with children and small groups.
