My Cosy annex in lovely Sawbridgeworth nr stansted

Ideal for a 2 night stay or a longer break in the lovely picturesque town of Sawbridgeworth, with railway links to London and Cambridge in 40 minutes. Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. The beautiful river Stort is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is Hatfield Forest, the Henry Moore foundation and Audley end house. Free parking available. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Willowbank Cottage is a lovely, bright three bedroom cottage in a beautiful, quiet location, surrounded by rolling countryside. You will have the entire place to yourselves with your own private entrance and courtyard garden. Free off street parking for 2 cars. The perfect, peaceful countryside location to unwind and relax, yet Harlow & Epping towns are just a short drive. Nearest train stations are Epping, Harlow Town, Harlow Mill, 15 mins by car. Stansted Airport is 20 mins by car.

Tawney Lodge is beautifully decorated countryside retreat with a kitchen, wet room, relaxing sitting room and huge bedroom with a king size bed. All rooms overlooking stunning countryside. We back onto Ongar Park Woods which joins to Epping Forest making a wonderful walk into Epping. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

The annexe is decorated to a high standard. it contains a kitchenette and shower room The bed room has a double bed, cable TV and internet, it also has a small table and chairs enough to eat or use as a workspace The annex very near the station about a 2 minute walk. with really good link to London, Stanstead or Cambridge. There are also local High St with small supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. We are also within walking distance of Superstores and a cinema.

The Lodge at BriggensHomeFarm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained cosy modern annexe located in a beautiful rural Hertfordshire setting only 1 mile walking distance to Roydon village and train station with fast links to London Underground (15mins) and Stansted Airport (30mins). There are numerous country walks just a few steps from the lodge, one of which leads to the River Stort (15min walk) from where you can carry on exploring miles of river walkways.

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

A bright airy modern comfortable apartment. Well equipped with coffee machine, oven and fridge freezer very recently refurbished to a very high standard. Set in the complex of Newhall Which has a thriving community. There is a fabulous coffee shop 100 yards across the road serving delicious food and excellent coffee. It is open on Thursday Friday and Saturday evenings for dinner also. There is also a local grocery store and hairdressers nearby.

Brook Cottage is a spacious and quiet family home surrounded by 2 acres of gardens. Great access to local footpaths including the famous Essex Way. Just a 15min drive to Epping tube station (Central Line) then 40mins to central London! Brook Cottage has a very large wrap around raised deck and patio area perfect for outdoor dining. Including outdoor furniture and a large fire pit. Hotel quality linen and towels supplied for all berths.
