Living in the garden - our 90 sqm apartment on the 1st floor offers all-round views of a beautiful landscape. The house is overlooking the idyllic Reither Lake in a colorful garden with many herbs and flowers. If you want to take a walk or hike, you can leave your car (own parking space) behind. The "Köcken" farm is a farmhouse of the Moser family. The village center is minutes away by car and the property has great views of a mountain panorama. Farm stay at 1098m altitude

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great view of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, pony, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, plates slide, toboggan, go tours, snowshoe hikes. We have over 50 bee colonies on our lands, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
