This outing is for adventurous food lovers who seek a morning of fun, exploration, and tasting the unknown. Enjoy a personalized shopping trip through Bordeaux's oldest covered market , buy fresh local food you have perhaps never tasted, seen, nor dared to try. Did you ever wonder what those popular sea snails taste like or savour runny, yummy, raw-milk cheese.? Now this is possible. We'll bring our purchases back to a cozy home-like setting for a casual picnic-style lunch. Please bring a market bag and some cash for your food purchases. We can buy a tram ticket together if you don't have one. Expect to spend around 15-20 euros per person for your goodies.

Having the right equipment is a big part of success. The surf board must be suited to your height and weight and to your ability. We provide wetsuits that are specifically suited for men, women and children, and that are adapted to the season. Spring suits (3/2), summer suits (2/2) and winter suits (4/3). Every surf lesson is 2hours. Introduction to the elements: the waves, the currents, the sand banks and deep water troughs. And most importantly the rules of safety. -Introduction to the equipment. -Warm up and stretch on the beach. -Warm up in the water Finding your balance on the surfboard in a lying position: on the beach then in the water. The aim is to catch a white water wave or broken wave whilst lying on the surf board. This will allow you to become accustomed to the handling of the equipment in the ocean, the correct positioning and the general process of catching a wave before taking it any further. When you nose dive and you will nose dive you are understanding the importance of weight distribution on the board and it’s effects. -Now back on the beach we learn how to pop up on the board. This is where the real challenge begins.. The aim of the lesson is be able to stand on a surf board whilst riding the white water towards the beach. The key to success is to put you feet in the right place on the board in order to keep your balance. -Debriefing Other things to note Access to the toilet, shower, changing booths (heated in the winter) and a place to store your personal affairs in safety.

Go off to explore the lovely medieval village of Saint-Emilion, listed as World Heritage Site by Unesco, and visit two wineries (a top winery classified Grand Cru Classé and a family-run estate Grand Cru) during a 5 hours guided tour with me, a fun & knowledgeable local guide speaking English. Your tour includes 2 wineries visit (introduction about the history of the estate and technical informations about how to make the wine), 5 wines tasting minimum in total and a French aperitif (cheese, cured meat & bread at the 1° or 2nd winery) OR sweet specialities from Bordeaux macaroons from Saint-Emilion & cannelés depending on the day of the visit. I will drive through the vineyard of Saint-Emilion in my van and we will visit together the famous medieval village dating from the Middle Age. The wine tours are in English & French. I offer 2 wines tours : morning (8.30am-1.15pm) & afternoon (1.30pm-6.30pm) The meeting point is in Bordeaux at : 1 place de stalingrad, in front of LCL Bank (with a beautiful view of the bridge :)) Make sure to have breakfast or lunch before ! (only small portions of cheese, cured meat, chocolate & crackers will be served at the first or second winery OR Macaroons & cannelés in the village of saint-emilion).

Our 1h30 group lessons -with a maximum of 8 people- are adapted to all levels from beginner to advanced and all ages. The necessary equipment (board, wetsuit...) is included. We place particular emphasis on teaching methods and safety. All our instructors are always in the water, close to you, in a fun atmosphere and with personal guidance. Our priority will always be to make you learn and progress together in a good mood, sharing and confidence.  How does a beginner's lesson work? - Your instructor will take you to the beach for a warm-up and a short theory lesson about the weather conditions of the day. - Your instructor will explain all the basics and safety rules of surfing. - Beginner courses will be in the water at hip level to surf in the foam. - Intermediate courses capable of going offshore in good conditions surf in green, accessible waves. Other notes: You are required to arrive at your chosen course location 15-20 minutes early. This course runs every day from 1 April to 1 November. Last minute bookings are possible depending on remaining availability.

Explore the village of Cap Ferret with your local guide for 2.5 hours. He takes you on a walking route and shows you the secret spots of the village. He will also tell you about Guillaume Canet's movie "Les P 'tits mouchoirs" because he was there! And he'll make you guess the famous wooden cabin used for filming... La séance permet de travailler sur l'étirement des muscles, les tendons, les tissus conjonctifs et l'énergie du Chi, prana. Stimule la circulation lymphatique améliore la santé et les mauvaises habitudes du corps, un reel bienfait approuvé par mes éleves. Assure le bon fonctionnement des chakras. Le yin nous invite au calme, à l'introspection, c'est une séance qui nous apporte calme et souplesse en complément d'un sport plutôt actif yang. I will take a photo of you in the most wonderful architectural and atmospheric locations: on the banks of the ancient Garonne River, near the world's largest reflecting pool, as well as near the port of Cailhau, the Gross Clos, the Cathedral of St. Andre and the Basilica of St. Michel. Avec un départ du port d'Arcachon, une fois sortie du port, nous mettons les voiles pour vous mettre directement dans l'univers de la voile, du calme et de la sérénité. Selon les marées, deux destinations serons proposées : - Cap en direction de la Dune du Pyla connue dans le monde entier, et le phare du Cap Ferret ainsi que les parc à huîtres. La dune du Pyla est une dune de sable mesurant 2700 m de long, 500 m de large et 108 m de haut, qui est face à l'océan Atlantique. - Cap vers l'île aux Oiseaux, au cœur du bassin dans un univers mi-terre, mi-eau, reconnue pour être le refuge de nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux, pour passer le long des célèbres cabanes Tchanquées, qui sont des cabanes sur Pilotis en plein milieu du Bassin d'Arcachon. Nous naviguerons le long de la presqu'île du Cap Ferret, pour y découvrir les villages de pêcheur avec des maisons de toutes les couleurs ainsi que leurs parc à huîtres. Nous pourrons admirer la maison "arbres" construite autour des pins. Le but de cette navigation est de pouvoir vous faire découvrir autrement la richesse du bassin d'Arcachon dans un esprit écologique, afin de vous abandonner pleinement à vous même. Le projet de l'association est: "Save the oceans project" .C'est de partir aux Antilles et faire de l'information avec des écoliers et se renseigner sur le fonctionnement des îles au niveau du traitement des déchets plastiques .

Our journey will start in the inner center of Bordeaux, on the "Allées de Tourny", where we will meet. Then we will head towards Saint Emilion, the famous and scenic village surrounded by vineyards. We will meet the owners of a "grand cru", who will show us their château, vineyards, cellar and will share the history of the family over the past centuries. Guided by the owners and advised by their expertise, you will then start the wine tasting including different vintages. Finally, you will have the opportunity to contemplate several world class chateaux of the Bordeaux region.

We will start by showing you around, not just any place! Enter one of the most emblematic cellars of Bordeaux, steeped in history and founded in 1973. Explore some 2,000 references in the company of your host, who will take the opportunity to give you a presentation of the different appellations of Bordeaux. End the visit by entering our "Petit Paradis" and admire the collection of vintages available to you. Once the visit is over, we will start tasting 2 or 3 wines depending on the formula chosen. You will have the possibility to select yourself the appellations you want to taste. Then let yourself be guided by your senses and the words of your host. Savor this moment and become an expert in Bordeaux wines!
