Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Äppelviken one of the most preferred living areas in Stockholm. Close to the city, sea, nature. A very nice quiet area. We live upstairs in our villa and are happy to rent our basement/ground floor with bedroom, own entrance, free parking, wifi, laptop, WC, shower (sauna - only in wintern, pls pre-book). A small kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge, water boiler. Pls note there is no stove. You reach Stockholm City within 20 -25 min with bus/tram/metro. A nice garden where you can relax.

Walking distance to public transport (Bus 2 min, subway 8 min) supermarket (10 min), lots of cafes (incl. best Italian gelato in town) and close to a small forest and a beach. 10 min by car to the Royal Castle Drottningholm (Queen's castle) as well as to City Hall! You will reside right on Nytorget, renowned meetingpoint and "place to be" on Södermalm. This SOFO-district is famous for its relaxed atmosphere with bars, restaurants, trendy small shops of design, vintage, eco-food etc. Within walking distance to the old town of Gamla Stan, ferries to Djurgården, among lots of other "musts".. The flat is on the 4th floor (elevator) in an "fin de siécle" building, it is calm, luminous and spacious. A really cosy accommodation you will long for returning to!
