Cozy 4 season Cottage on the 9th hole at Gull Lake

Cozy Cottage at Gull Lake with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the indoor space by curling up with a good book, challenging each other at a board game or preparing a meal in the newly upgraded kitchen/bbq on the deck. The outdoor space is also amazing!! Our cottage is on half an acre so lots of room to lounge on the deck, roast some marshmallows and hang out. Feel like a round of golf? Our property backs onto the course and is surrounded by numerous walking paths that will lead to the lake.

Small Town Escape

Escape life and experience one of Alberta's small towns on the lake. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Centrally located with the beach being a 20 min walk or 5 min drive and all your shopping needs being a 15 min walk or 4 min drive. Grab groceries in the shopping area which includes Sobeys, No Frills, McDonalds, Shoppers Drug Mart, Booster Juice, etc. or head to lake and eat at one of the many amazing restaurants overlooking the water. Beach house with hot tub

We are about half a block from the beach and Sylvans new huge park at the beach! We have a hot tub and small yard available for pets. Our charming space is equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy a getaway at the lake. We have coffee, 8 beds including one king sized, games for the family, toiletries, towels and even a wagon for the beach! We can accommodate more guests as long as they are under the age of 18, please send me a message if you'd like to discuss what we can acommodate!

The walking trails are perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and driving snow machines down to the lake. The fire pit, BBQ and backyard is a place to relax and unwind.
