Stylish and Practical, Fast Trains to Central London

Studio 10, fabulous fusion of Victorian splendor and state of the art living. Fully self-contained and spacious studio apartment with no shared spaces. From Nov 1st 2022 featuring air conditioning to maintain the temperature you chose. Fully equipped kitchen with combination oven, spacious power shower and our on site laundry at the rear of the building are other features of note as well as first class transport lings directly into central London. A delightful self-contained studio apartment in a period residence. This newly refurbished apartment has been completely remodelled but manages to retain all of its period features and charm. High ceilings and generous Victorian windows combined with concessions for modern living which make any length of stay a pleasure. As an added feature this apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable single bed, ideal for couples or persons travelling with a child or for friends who just enjoy their own space. As with our other apartments great care has gone into choosing the interior fittings and we have made a special effort to ensure that everything you will need for you stay, from bedding to pots and pans to hairdryers and ironing board….are provided for your use. This residence features a communal laundry room, with washing machines and tumble dryers, which although not free are heavily subsidized and you can wash a load from just £2. As you can see in the photos there is a comfortable sofa and the additional convenience of a table and chairs for dining. The flat screen TV is 49'' HD 4K and the picture quality is excellent, it's mounted on a special bracket so as you can see it from where ever you are in the room. Free WiFi is included and the code is made available in the guests welcome book which you can find in the apartment, together with a host of other information which we consider you may find useful. As a general rule I prefer stays of four days or longer but shorter periods are maybe available so please ask if in doubt. All locks are electronic and will open from the key fob supplied to you so you don't have to carry awkward keys. The manager of the property is located nearby and is always available for advice or information. Nearby Croydon Town Center has an abundance of restaurants, bars, and the new dining and entertainment concept, BOXPARK. The studio is also centrally located in London and a short walking distance from several major public transportation lines. There is a bus route directly outside the property and East Croydon Station is just a 12 minute walk away. It is a major transport hub for trains buses and trams. East Croydon Station is your gateway to London and the South East, use your Oyster or Travel card for convenient, frequent and speedy travel Directly into Central London. London Victoria in 16 mins and London Bridge in 20 mins. Once in Central London you can access all of London's transport network, Underground, trains, trams and buses and see all that the one of the worlds leading cities has to offer. Direct non stop and frequent 24 hour service to London Gatwick Airport normally in just 14 mins makes travelling to the airport a breeze. The excellent tram system serving Croydon can also take you directly to Wimbledon, home of the famous tennis tournament. It takes just 30 minutes and costs around £4 East Croydon station is situated in zone 5 Both Iain and I are very keen travelers and have experienced all sorts of levels of accommodation in other countries, with that in mind our goal here is to try and provide quality, self contained accommodation with a high level of privacy and independence. Lovely self contained space close to stations

Cosy, self contained one bed apartment attached to our home. Private entrance and off street parking. Everything needed for a comfortable stay, separate bathroom (shower). Kitchenette with a combination microwave/oven/fridge/mini hob. Crockery/cutlery provided as well as tea/coffee making facilities. Washing machine/ironing board. Flat screen TV, separate bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe/desk. 3 mins from two train stations and excellent links to London Bridge (15mins), St Pancras (25 mins).

This modern, airy loft sits at the top of the house and can be reserved for a max of 2 guests. All beds are new. and include 1 King size, 1 double sofa bed and 1 single sofa bed. Large bifold doors open onto a Juliet balcony and another window looks southwards towards Kent alongside a private shower room with floating sink and toilet. A ceiling to floor mirror and high-speed internet are included. A small fridge freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle allow guests to ‘heat and eat’ food.

Self contained ground floor studio with wifi and Smart TV, ideally situated approx 5 minutes walk from East Croydon Station (16 minutes into London Victoria and 13 minutes into London Bridge) whilst also providing direct trains to Gatwick Airport (15 minutes), Brighton & St Pancreas for Eurostar. The town centre is approx 5-10 minutes walk and has a cinema plus numerous restaurants & bars, many of which can also be accessed via Deliveroo and UberEATS and delivered straight to your door.

You’ll enjoy easy access to everything from this place. Bromley South Train Station is just a 20 minutes walk, which is your gateway to Victoria Station in 19 minutes where you can access tubes,trains, buses and experience all that London has to offer. Two bedroom flat with a sofa bed living room

There are two rooms in the flat. An en-suite double room and a single room. There is a sofa bed in the living room which can turn into a double bed. So total it can accommodate 4 - 5 people in the flat. There are two bathrooms and a balcony. This place is very close to Crystal Palace Stadium, the closest station is Norwood Junction, Selhurst station is close too. You can get direct train from Gatwick to Norwood Junction. There are two Supermarkets nearby. Aldi and Sainsbury’s.

This 3 bedroom house has a huge open space kitchen with bi-fold doors onto a newly done garden. The bedrooms are all newly furnished with fitted wardrobes in the master bedroom. All bedrooms have USB plugs. The house comes with WIFI all over the house. Many great pubs nearby and literally 5 minutes from East Croydon station which takes you to Central London and Gatwick in minutes! This stunning house has a big American fridge, coffee machine, Alexa and dishwasher.
