Beautiful calm swimming beach across the road and over the park. Within a stones throw is a dairy, cafe, restaurant/bar, playground, massive park, fishing wharf, boat ramp, and epic walk/bike paths. Not far away are hot pools, the best pizza & pies, fish & chips, golf course, supermarket... 20 mins drive to Tauranga/Mount Maunganui.

Club Matua offers you a near new, private, fully self contained apartment in the peaceful and sought after neighbourhood of Matua. Designed as your 'home away from home' the apartment is spacious and comes with washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Guests can enjoy the hosts swimming pool (on request). Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, just off the main Pyes Pa Road. Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
