Charming independent studio of 33 m2, with swimming pool and private terraces, quietly located in a residential area. Close to the beach of Tanchet 3 km away, shops and bike paths that run along the corniche. Recently renovated, comfortable and very bright with sleeping area, equipped kitchen, bathroom, swimming pool and its exteriors. Pets are not allowed, no smoking. Check-in time is time: 5 P.M. TO 9 P.M. and check-out before 11:00 A.M., key given by the host upon arrival. French-English hosts.

A splendid view of the ocean, the entire right side of the bay, and the entrance to the channel. The beach and embankment just steps away. For your convenience, free parking is reserved for you during the summer season June/July/August 2024, parking 10 minutes walk from the accommodation.
