The activities offered in this experience are attending a beautiful event - Evening Ganga Aarti, evening boat ride, walking along Ganga Ghat and narrow lanes of this unique city, visiting some temples and sacred cremation site. Evening local streets snacks in the main market around Ghat, i.e., famous Banarasi Chaat with Lassi / Thandai is included in this experience. Ganga Aarti is performed daily in the evening by a group of priests at Dashaswamedh Ghat. Ganga Aarti is the magnificent event during evening in Banaras. It will be a wonderful experience for you, memorable for whole life. This beautiful ritual makes every moment of the evening special and fills with spiritual thoughts. The whole event takes around one hour. Evening Ganga Aarti starts half an hour after sunset. You will witness Evening Ganga Aarti at Dashaswamedh Ghat. After Ganga Aarti we will visit some temples including Pashupatinath Nepali Temple, Ratneshwar Mahadev Temple and the most sacred cremation site -Manikarnika Ghat. At Mankarnika Ghat, you will see cremation process of Hinduism followers. In Hinduism death is considered as a gateway to another life marked by the results of one's karma. It is believed that a dead human's soul attains moksha, i.e.,breaks the cycle of birth and rebirth if cremated here.

My class will take place in my home kitchen. I will teach you how to make the famous Indian Thali which includes Dal, Roti, Chawal, Sabji. We will prepare to wash the vegetables and collect whole recipes together. Remember that all the items used in this class are provided by me. You just have to turn up with pen and paper.
