Bright and spacious garden apartment with use of pool

Right on the golf course of Altea, you will find us comfortably in a completely renovated apartment in 2016 with a quiet shared swimming pool. You enter through the park and the spacious terrace through the sliding door. The spacious bright living room has a Samsung TV with streaming possibility and WiFi. Through the living room you enter the spacious dining kitchen, including a dishwasher. The bedroom with sliding doors has a good bed and plenty of closet space. The bathroom with toilet has a shower, washing machine and dryer.

A 15-minute walk downhill into the village, this bungalow offers peace and tranquility surrounded by pine trees and mountains to the back. A 9-hole golf course is a 2-minute drive. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two storey private villa with pool. Guests will enjoy this tranquil setting whilst relaxing on the terrace, and by the pool (shared with the host). The area is great for wonderful walks in the countryside, with many a trail through woodland to local beauty spots such as the Fonts D'Algar. The apartment is a 3 minute drive from the village with its many bars, shops and restaurants, and is a 6 minute drive from the nearest of many great beaches.

The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks.
