Charming, riverside log cabin on the bank of the Kennett, overlooking a nature reserve. Privately located in our back garden there is a large open plan room with 2 double sofa beds, sleeping 4, a slate bed pool table & Hi Fi system. There's a luxury en suite bathroom with copper bathtub, shower, basin & WC. There are basic kitchen facilities with kettle, toaster, double hot plate, microwave & grill, sink & refrigerator/freezer. A veranda with 2 bbq's & seats plus lower deck overlook the river.

Self-contained double room with en-suite shower room and kitchen area. Private access and parking. Completely private stand-alone studio but part of our home. Suitable for professional person/couple for short let periods. Ideal Monday-Friday but good for weekends to visit local area too. Free wi-fi, TV. A car is essential. Modern 1-bed studio annexe at the end of the garden, with private access and outdoor patio and seating area. Off-road parking included. Short walking distance from Reading University and Royal Berks Hospital, Heathrow RailAir coach link, and 24-hour bus service to and from town centre. Close to a very pleasant walk along the river to Sonning. Reading is a 25-minute train ride into London Paddington, and has beautiful countryside situated all around it, such as Oxfordshire and Henley.

Lovely Annexe / Suite with a separate lounge ( inc Double Sofa Bed), Bedroom ( Kingsize Bed ) & Bathroom - ideal for a couple. Sole Use. Attached to the main house but own private entrance & self check-in. Parking on a drive. Smart TV. Ideal self-contained annex, close to town

Apple Tree Corner is a homely and practical base for your trip to Henley and the surrounding areas. Located within a quiet residential area and conveniently close to town, with less than a ten minute (flat) walk into town. Tucked away, guests will have full privacy during their stay. Whilst the accomodation is attached to our family home, it is separate and self-contained. I will meet and greet then leave you to it! Parking for one car on site and plenty of on road parking.

The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to Paddington.

The Hoppy Annexe is a self-contained space, set in a little garden on a peaceful road with free parking, a 15 minute walk down the hill to Henley town centre. It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Doggy friendly escape! We have full itineraries for nights away with walks, suggestions of where to eat and things to do. Annex with its own access and pretty courtyard garden. Off-street parking. Check in is from 3pm, check out is 11am 15 minute walk to Caversham, 30 minute walk to Reading Station. King size bed with good quality linen and a well equipped bathroom and kitchen.
