NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

Beautiful detached house in rural but central area . Highway entrance St. Georgen can be reached in 10 minutes! Lake Attersee can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Vöcklamarkt train station 2 km away. Vöcklamarkt is very centrally located in the Alpine foothills of the Salzkammergut, surrounded by meadows and wooded hills. Our guests are especially popular with day trips to the sights of the Salzkammergut or to the nearby city of Salzburg (50 km).

Accommodation in absolute tranquility in the middle of a beautiful countryside with its own entrance. It is a converted barn in a farm, which is mainly used for musical purposes. In addition to a large studio, there are 2 guest rooms, bathroom, toilet and a fully equipped kitchen/lounge (oven, hotplates, fridge, coffee maker, etc.). A perfect combination of modern, reduced living in the Tiny House, a beautiful panoramic view of the Salzburg Prealps, 10 minutes by car to 4 different lakes and 20 minutes by car to the Festival City of Salzburg. You will embrace the little house and nature in your heart - I'm sure. PS: For children and pets, the Tiny House is unfortunately not suitable, as the house stands on a slope covered with loose stones.
