Small self contained annex attached to owner's farmhouse with it's own private entrance and outside seating area on working family farm with sheep/cattle. Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. Good base for guests who enjoy the countryside and being outdoors, walking, cycling or visiting Snowdonia. Car essential due to location. Sorry, no Pets.

Knock it down and Start again they said! But we felt there was way too much history, character and magic in those old walls! It’s been a barn, a printing press, and even a secret chapel. Now it’s your next holiday destination. We’ve lovingly restored our outbuilding to the highest standard. The views of Snowdonia, the amazing sunsets & the starry nights are truly stunning. Large garden and hot tub, stay in and relax or venture to the coast or up to the mountains! All within half an hours drive.

The Bothy is a simple place close to the Snowdonia National Park. It is best suited to walkers and cyclists and people who like outdoor activities. It is set in the garden of our house in a quiet village, Llanddoged, 1.5 miles from Llanrwst which has shops and pubs. The stone hut is small but cosy with two single beds. Totally self contained with shower, toilet & breakfast bar. Storage available for cycles. Parking is on our drive.
