June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

Warm, comfy, accommodation, attached to our home, situated in the breathtaking Glenmacnass valley. Incredibly scenic & tranquil. On the edge of the National Park & a short drive from Glendalough, as well as many other beautiful places, too numerous to mention. An amazingly quaint self-catering accommodation just made for that romantic get-away. You'll love it's warm cosy atmosphere, technology detox but with the necessary mod-cons. Welcoming guests since 2019... Brookland Meadows is a beautifully handcrafted Shepherd's Hut clad in 'wriggly tin' and set on our nine acres of farmland in Co Westmeath. The hut has its own private entrance bordered by a small stream. We are located right in the centre of Ireland and a 15 minute drive off the M4 at Mullingar. Magical gothic 3 bedroom mini-castle.

The Clonmellon Lodge is an 18th c. gothic mini castle recently restored, newly refurbished bathrooms and kitchen, all in one floor, with easy access to the grounds of Killua Castle. The Lodge can fit 5 people comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one with an ( American) Queen size bed, and the second with a double size bed. There is an office with a daybed that can sleep an adult comfortably, and it has a full bathroom next to it.
