In full autonomy with self check-in you can access the bright and panoramic penthouse, in one of the most visited areas of the old town. On the top of a palace from the 18th century, it preserves ancient details such as the original exposed beams, furnished in a modern style with attention to the quality of the materials. In a restored 18th century building, the house is on the 5th floor and you can easily reach it with an elevator that stops on the 4th floor and then make only two flights of stairs, as shown in the photo. In the decor and renovation of the house, I have paid attention to the quality of the materials to offer my guests every comfort. Attico GI-RO is equipped with free WI-FI, video intercom, air conditioning, espresso machine, kettle, hairdryer, hairdryer, iron, and more. Being in the heart of the historic center, pedestrian or limited traffic routes alternate. Therefore, the nearest guarded parking lot is 1 km away (in Via Porta di Massa) away. Walking distance: one metro station (Dante), bus stops and taxi stations Piazza Garibaldi train station is only 15 minutes away, reachable by subway but also on foot.

Apartment on the beach and in the h

This is an apartment of about 80 square meters in a sixteenth century building, with a view of the sea, the islands of Procida and Vivara and part of the Phlegrean Coast, and of course of the Aragonese Castle. The apartment is located in the historical centre, the old town of Ischia Ponte, and is surrounded by all main facilities, shops, restaurants, chemist, food-stores, etc. The double bedroom and the main living area are on two different levels, connected by a few steps, there is a small single bedroom, a kitchen with sitting area, an entrance hall and three bathrooms, one of which has a shower. There are two entrances: one directly from the old town centre and the other one over a beautiful terrace (approx 15 m2) from the Aragonese promenade. You will find satellite TV (Astra) and Italian digital TV, as well as Internet and electric heating. The apartment has a four-burner stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, hair-dryer, microwave, kettle and sufficient kitchen-equipment and linens. Despite its very central location it is a very quiet place, perfect for those guests who would like to enjoy the beauties of the Gulf and Ischia’s Old Town in a cosy and serene atmosphere. A few meters from the terrace the jetty is the mooring area for small fisher boats selling fresh fish, and 200 meters towards the centre you will find an ancient bakery with a wood-oven daily selling their delicious fresh bread.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active
