My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, scientists (Oak Ridge National Lab is 3 /12 miles away), and fishermen (lake is close). We are located just 5 miles from historic Oak Ridge. Stoney Haven is just 2 1/2 miles from Hardin Valley Rd. where you will find eating places, unique stores, and Pellissippi State Community College. If you are into major shopping, Turkey Creek is only 8.4 miles away. 3 1/2 miles away is the Univ. of TN Arboretum. There you will find unique plants and trails.

Fountain City Retreat, No Cleaning Fee.

No Cleaning Fee Mother-in-law suite attached to house. For your added security, we change the deadbolt code between each guest. your door code will be the last 4 digits of your Airbnb registered phone number. that code will be changed at 11am your day of checkout. We have a ring door bell so that we know our guests have arrived safely and were able to get inside, It also let's us know when guest have checked out so we can start cleaning.
