Furnished tourist accommodation, classified***, 30 m2 located at the gates of Aurillac. It's already the countryside: quiet, greenery and small birds! Apartment for 2 people adjoining our house but totally independent (private terrace, 1 private parking space). Great location for a business trip (Aurillac 5 minutes away) or sightseeing : Puy Mary, Lioran ski resort 40 minutes away - Salers 30 minutes away - Swimming at the St Etienne Cantalès dam 20 minutes away. 40 minutes from Lioran, 45 minutes from Puy Mary, warm house, completely renovated, close to the city center, the train station, shops, Hélitas Park and the Prism. It is ideal for a family with children. Its two independent floors (bedroom & bathroom) also allow two couples to have a pleasant stay. Lovers of hiking will also have something to do around.
