The center is within walking distance (500m) and the supermarket is just around the corner. Centrally located near major cities and easy to reach by public transport.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Eine schöne und sehr saubere Wohnung mit Blick aufs Meer, das in nur wenigen Metern zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Für die kalte Jahreszeit wären neben der gut funktionierenden Heizung zwei schöne Wolldecken fürs Sofa ganz schön. Ich habe das Schlafzimmer im Spitzboden sehr genossen. Die Betten waren äußerst angenehm und bequem. Zu mehreren muss man jedoch wissen, dass der Spitzboden zum 2. Schlafzimmer eine Treppe nach oben ohne Tür hat. Ist meiner Ansicht nach aber kein Hinderungsgrund, dieses schöne Appartement mit mehreren Personen zu bewohnen.

We had a very nice stay with our dog. Lots of space for the 3 of us, good shops and restaurants a short drive away. Secure garden for the dog and great walking options in the forest and near the lake. Close to the sea. I would highly recommend and I am panning future trips.

Einfach traumhaft! Direkt in den Dünen am großen Wandergebiet gelegen, sehr ruhig, 5min zum Sandstrand. Die Wohnung hat auf kleinstem Raum ein tolle Kombi aus pragmatischer Einrichtung, bei der nichts fehlt und gelungener Ästhetik, die das Auge sofort anspricht. Der kleine Balkon sorgt für ein Frühstück im Freien mit sattem Vogelgezwitscher, das Bett für erholsamen Schlaf und das saubere, neue Bad für Wohlgefühl. Ein Traum von einer Unterkunft!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Hans & Marian. L emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la région des champs de fleurs et profiter de la plage. Tout est accessible à vélo, la plage 10min et le parc du keukenhof 15min. Nous avions deux enfants en bas âge (3 et 6ans) qui ont adorés les aires de jeux du parc de vacances et les jeux pour les enfants présents dans la maison. La communication avec Hans & Marian était très sympathique et très fluide. Encore merci pour ce très bon séjour 😊

Tolles Haus mit drei geräumigen Schlafzimmern und großem Badezimmer. Zusätzlich eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch zur offenen, gut ausgestatteten, Küche und geräumiger Eckcouch. Bei gutem Wetter zusätzlich eine Couch vorm Haus, wo man prima in der Sonne sitzen kann. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Stadtzentum und auch von der Strandpromenade entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief perfekt. Wir würden jedenfalls jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Séjour très agréable par beau temps. Le poêle à granulés a été salvateur pour les nuits fraîches. Le vent nous a réveillé un peu car nous n'avons pas l'habitude du camping. Peter est un hôte chaleureux qui prend le temps de rencontrer chacun de ses hôtes et fait même l'effort de parler français. Il n'hésite pas à venir en aide en cas de besoin. Le domaine est convivial et bien équipé pour toutes sortes de loisirs surtout pour les enfants. J'ai beaucoup apprécié séjourner dans cet hébergement au contact de la nature et découvrir les beaux paysages alentours.

Nathalie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns so freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit einem kleinen Geschenk empfangen. Ihre Tipps für die Gegend waren so nützlich, vielen Dank dafür. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, die Gegend ist ruhig und der Strand ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 1 Hund . Judith hat uns herzlich willkommen, uns kurz alles im Haus erklärt. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, die Lage perfekt für Strand und gleichzeitig in der Nähe die Fußgängerzone mit vielen hübschen Geschäfte und Restaurants. Zum Erholen und Abschalten war das für uns Alle eine perfekte Woche. Judith ist eine klasse Gastgeberin , wir kommen gerne wieder Claudia 😀

Very good accomodation for the last minute booking for high season! On the beach, with big balcony and very close to all you need, direct in the center of the town. Parking is paid, bur directly near the entrance. Also you can park in 15 minutes walk free of charge. No place for our clothes in the bedroom, but we stay only 2 nights and it is not critical. Self check-in and self check-out is very comfortable!

Wat hebben wij genoten van 3 dagen in het Leemhuis Een hele fijn huis met ook genoeg ruimte buiten om van duintuin te kunnen genieten. Alles was in aanwezig en de ruimte bleek nòg groter en lichter dan we van de foto’s verwachten. Heerlijke douche, fijne keuken en een gezellige zit. We hebben het heerlijk gehad!
