Award winning master cheesemaker and farmer Heather Goforth started this business with no previous experience and is now the first cheese maker in the county. In her first year as a certified cheese maker she won 2 first place awards for fresh cheese of the year. Prior to 2020 Heather had no farming or cheese making experience and is 100% self-taught.
Heather and Chris spent the first 2 years building the farm, getting certified, and learning about dairy processing.
