About me

I am an ordained Buddhist nun in the Shingon tradition of Japanese Buddhism and currently serve as an official Dharma lecturer (Honzan Fukyoshi) for Koyasan Shingon Buddhism. I regularly give Buddhist talks, meditation guidance, and cultural programs for both Japanese and international participants. Through years of study and practice, I have developed a deep understanding of Japanese Buddhist traditions, meditation, and temple culture. My goal is to help visitors experience authentic Japanese Buddhism in an accessible and welcoming way.
