Joining me on every tour is Carlos, a professional muralist and street artist with over a decade of hands-on experience. Carlos holds a degree in psychology — which gives him a rare lens on why public art moves people the way it does. He has been commissioned for private murals, participated in numerous regional art events, and most recently brought his work to a public art event in the Isabela area.
