I’m Anto Cocagne—Chef Anto—an award-winning chef, TV host, and advocate for modern African cuisine. Born in Gabon and trained at Paris’s prestigious Ferrandi culinary school, I bring a refined French twist to traditional African flavors. My work has led me to cook alongside top chefs like Alain Hascoët and Eric Pras, win the Eugénie Brazier Award, and lead We Eat Africa, the first culinary festival dedicated to African cuisines. Through tastings, books, and television, I share a bold, contemporary vision of African gastronomy with the world.
