We'll taste Champagne first. Because life is always better with bubbles. This first glass will get us started and we'll talk about what makes the sparklings of Champagne so unique.

We'll then proceed to taste 5 wines, whites and reds, from France’s top wine regions, all from small-scale producers. We'll learn about regions, grapes, different styles to expect. This is an interactive discussion we have. Questions are always welcome and I encourage guests to share their thoughts on style or flavors that they catch.
