Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Barbaras Wohnung. Barbara und ihre Familie sind sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Das Angebot Fahrräder für die Fahrt zum Hafen zu leihen war super für uns. Die Mischung von Stadt und gleichzeitig Ruhe in der Natur zu haben hat für uns sehr gut gepasst. Trotz des mäßig schönen Wetters haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

What a beautiful home! My family (10 people in all) were extremely comfortable and were blown away by the beauty of the home and grounds. You must provide your own transportation, because there is no public transit nearby, but it's worth it for the privacy. We drove to Venezia Mestre each day and took the train into Venice. Lots of fun.

I left my left Airpod in the house after checking out, and he was willing to mail it to the next city in Italy that I was headed to. Davide et Chiara sont très réactifs, très gentils et la visite de la fabrique de verre à Murano en bateau avec Davide un vrai plus. Leurs cadeaux de bienvenue et départ nous ont fait très plaisir. La location est très propre, agréable à vivre, spacieuse et le repos et la vue sur la terrasse en fin de journée vraiment super. L’emplacement est génial, calme, dans un très beau quartier et très proche de tout à Venise. La découverte de cette magnifique ville chez Davide et Chiara était tout simplement magique.

Me and my wife highly appreciated our stay at Adelio’s and Stefania’s house. The quiet area avay from the roads provided a peaceful environment, conducive to restful sleep. The perfect location, just a five-minute walk to the sea and close location of the groucery shops, was one of the major highlights. We also loved having a safe parking slot right in front of the house entrance, which made packing and unpacking so much easier. The availability of three bicycles was a nice bonus, and the bike line to the sea port was a wonderful way to explore the area. Adelio and Stefania were very kind, responsive. Their support throughout our visit was greatly valued. The cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside the house, made it feel like a home away from home. Dear Adelio ans Stefania, thank you for everything and see you!

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

The location is great, in the nicest area of Mestre, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment and the city main square is at walkable distance for anyone. L’ alloggio di Pier Luigi si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e comoda a tutti i servizi, al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Anna, la compagna di Pier, che è stata davvero gentile e amichevole. Nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort descritti, non mancava nulla, bellissimo anche il terrazzino con vista montagne. Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, è stato come essere a casa. Se ci sarà occasione torneremo sicuramente! Consiglio a tutti questo bellissimo alloggio!

Iniziamo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene periodo ( 1-18 septembre). La casa e precizo come viene descritta, comoda ha tutte le esigenze. Gentilissima la Sig. Viviana con tutte le informazioni chiare. Ringraziamo specialmente sua madre, la Sig. Danila che ci aspettava noi come una vera padrona. Maniago e molto bello, tutto e a distanza che poi fare camminando, ca 5 minuti dal centro. Noi la possiamo solo racommandarla.

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem süßen Haus mit großem Garten, Gartenmöbeln, Pool. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Meer, Geschäfte, Lokale in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Alberto ist immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Check in war total unkompliziert und früher möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Für unsere Durchreise lag sie optimal in der Nähe der Autobahneinfahrt. Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr gute Grösse für unsere 5-köpfige Familie und bot mehrere Schlafgelegenheiten. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt :-) Nach der langen Autofahrt konnten die Kinder auf dem hübschen Vorplatz, der umzäunt war, spielen und sich austoben. der Kontakt mit Giovanni war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Wir durften sogar früher einchecken, was uns mit den Kindern sehr entgegen kam. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😀👍

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!
