Ho soggiornato in questa suite con idromassaggio, cucina, bagno e una vista spettacolare su Trastevere, incredibile sia di giorno che di sera. La stanza era spaziosa, moderna e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno rilassante. Il bagno era molto pulito e ben curato. L’idromassaggio è stato perfetto per un momento di relax. La posizione è comoda per esplorare Roma, e il servizio è stato eccellente. Consigliatissima!

L'appartamento è così come appare nelle foto, perfetto anche per 4 persone grazie al secondo bagno. Si trova in una delle zone più belle di Roma, a un passo da Via Giulia, pochi minuti a piedi da Castel Sant'Angelo e Piazza Navona, ma comunque in un'area estremamente tranquilla e non affollata. Posizione fantastica. Filomena è stata attenta alle nostre richieste e pronta nelle risposte. Un'host eccezionale. Raccomando a tutti di soggiornare qui, non ve ne pentirete.

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. Exceptional near Vatican flat with swimming pool

This is a very nice Studio apartment to stay in Rome for 1 person or a couple. It was lovely decorated with a lot of light and beautiful view on the swimming pool. I could easily live permanently in a place like this. Everything was walkable and you could easily take the metro. Alessandra is a lovely host. She is so sweat and even took care of me when she found out I was ill. Which was a blessing, since I was alone. She has great tips about Rome and a beautifully worked out guide with things to do in Rome. This is definitely a place where I would come back to or would refer to my friends. While being in the city you are in a quiet street and looking on green. You can easily park in the street or in the private parking space of the apartment. There is also a park near the accommodation. It was a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

La Tua Oasi Romana: 3 Camere nel Centro di Roma

We had a wonderful 4night stay with our 2 children and their grandparents. Less than 10minutes walk to the Vatican. Lots of small coffee shops for breakfast and authentic restaurants for dinner in nearby street. Apartment was just as described and hosts were super supportive for check-in outside of hours. Airport taxis was easier for our family mix and took about 35minutes. No 63/64 bus stop around the corner was easy transport to main sights if not up to longer walking. Highly recommend this stay.

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break

Je ne peux que recommander ce logement propre, hyper fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il est très bien situé à proximité de la cité du Vatican dans une ruelle calme. Ainsi, nous avons pu tout visiter à pied comme nous le souhaitions : le chateau St Ange, la fontaine de Trevi, le colisée, le panthéon, le circus Maximus, la via del Corso .... Et bien sûr, le musée du Vatican, la Chapelle Sixtine et (en d'autres occasions car nous y étions la semaine du décès du pape) la cathédrale St Pierre (visite remplacée par la magnifique Cathédrale Ste Marie Majeure). Et si vous n'aimer marcher, il y a un grand nombre de lignes de bus à proximité. Enfin, il y a pléthore de restaurants très bien notés à proximité. Bref, je suis ravie d'avoir choisi le logement de Laura et Lorenzo pour ce séjour dans cette ville époustouflante de beauté.

Great apartment and host. The apartment was exactly as advertised, everything was spot-on and clean. Nothing looked old or dirty. It’s a 40-50 minute walk from the city top attractions or a 20-30 minute bus drive. The host is very friendly and responsive. There is a supermarket next door. At one of the 5 nights that we stayed the upper floor neighbor was moving furniture or something and it got loud - but it was probably a one-off incident. Highly recommend.

Christian è stato un host squisito e disponibilissimo. La casa è anche più bella delle foto e presenta tutti i confort necessari. Vicinissimo al supermercato per ogni necessità. La pista ciclabile fino al centro di Borgo Hermada ha permesso a mia figlia di muoversi in autonomia con il monopattino. Soggiorno eccezionale. Ringraziamo veramente Christian per essere stato sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Vicinissimo al circolo ippico Borgo Hermada per chi, come mia figlia, dovesse partecipare a gare di equitazione. Lo consigliamo a tutti! E speriamo di ritornarci presto anche per fare un tuffo nella splendida piscina privata!

Logement situé en dehors de l’agitation de Rome même si une chambre est un peu bruyante. Le bus est au pied de l’immeuble est vous emmène en 20min Piazza Venezia, dans le centre de Rome. Proche du quartier Trastevere, très agréable en petits restaurants et rue piétonne animée. Logement très propre, grand. Communication très aisée avec l’hôte qui donne de nombreux conseils. Je recommande.

Angelo was the perfect host! He allowed us to check in early. He met us at the apartment to show us around. The space is beautiful and it had everything we needed. It truly felt like home. I loved the electric blinds. So cool! The space was quiet and dark at night for sleeping. Very clean and cozy. The bathroom was nice as well. Having an area to get ready in separate from the toilet and shower was a perk for me and my daughter. Angelo gave us many wonderful suggestions. I would definitely recommend him and stay here again while in Rome.

La estadía fue estupenda, el lugar tiene todas las comodidades y está completamente equipado. Está a 200m de la parada del metro C que brinda accesibilidad al centro. Es un barrio de artistas y dos cuadras tiene amplia oferta de bares para tomar aperitivos. Domenica se mostró siempre amable y flexible a nuestros horarios sobre todo el último día que tuvimos que dejar las valijas para poder aprovecharlo. Inclusive tuvimos que ir unos días antes de lo planeado y nos consiguió otro airbnb para esos días.

Ivana e Giuseppe sono fantastici host. Sempre disponibili per qualsiasi info o necessità. Encore merci Augusto (papa d'Alessandro) pour cette semaine merveilleuse dans votre maison et de toutes vos attentions ! Je recommande vivement ce logement. Il est idéalement situé entre la plage et Rome. La maison était très confortable, spacieuse et chaleureuse, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visites à Rome. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme de l'endroit, loin de l'agitation de la ville, surtout le soir, assis sur les chaises longues à regarder le ciel étoilé. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir. Nous choisirons cette maison lors de notre prochain séjour. Info voyage : Pour la plage, nous vous conseillons la Spiaggia libera Maccarese qui est à 15mn et qui dispose d'un très grand parking gratuit. Pour vos visites à Rome, nous vous conseillons d'y aller en train. Pour cela, préférez la Stazione Maccarese-Fregene qui est à 11 mn de la maison et qui dispose là aussi d'un parking gratuit. Pour le tarif, il est à 9€10 (aller) pour 2 adultes et 3 enfants

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

Appartamento super, a due passi da tutto ma in una zona tranquilla dove ci si sente subito a casa. L’appartamento è curatissimo nei dettagli, si vede che c’è amore dietro ogni scelta: dall’arredamento accogliente alla disposizione degli spazi, tutto è pensato per far sentire gli ospiti comodi e rilassati. La pulizia… impeccabile! Non mancava nulla, e Giuseppe e la moglie sono stati attenti, disponibili e davvero gentili. Una casa che consigliamo di cuore, e in cui torneremmo volentieri.
