Suan Residence is the right place for nature-loving people who want to relax. The beach & city center are at waling distance (~7 minutes). Each bungalow is private so you can get quality time with the one you love. You will wake up with the birds singing and take your morning coffee surrounded by mountains and coconut trees. During the evening, you can watch stunning sunsets from your swimming pool. It is an eco-friendly project. We decided no to put AC but insulation instead to reduce the heat.

Kalulushi is a little gem of a resort, from the minute you walk in, it feels like you're in a little tropical jungle! Most importantly the place feels very private, the bungalows are not overlooked, and you'll only bump into other guests at breakfast (which we highly recommend, as everything was fresh and delicious). The bungalows are lovely, and everything is well thought through from the toiletries made with natural ingredients to snorkelling masks provided in the room for guests' use. The coffee machine and freshly ground coffee provided for guests is amazing; plenty of water in the bungalow too so you don't have to buy plastic bottles! Mae and the rest of the team on site are very friendly and helpful, making sure you've everything you need throughout the stay. One point to note is there is a lot of traffic noise as the resort is just off the main and very busy road. On the upside you can hear birds chirping and cicadas out front so it all balances out I guess.

Sarah’s place is nothing short of perfect. We had everything we needed and more - the dry bag was very useful over Songkran! Sarah was immediately welcoming and friendly on arrival, and we felt very comfortable sitting out on our porch and swimming in the pool. All the plants & trees around the property meant we were truly surrounded by an island paradise, while also providing a lot of privacy. The bed was very comfy, the bathroom and shower were lovely, it was easy to do our laundry… the list could go on. We are already planning to stay again soon, and we can’t wait to be back in this little paradise! Thanks for a great stay :)

The place is conveniently located near everything—close to the main street, within walking distance of the beach, and near a 7-Eleven and many restaurants. At the same time, it’s in a very quiet area, which is a big plus. The only downside for me was that the air conditioners were quite noisy. Other than that, everything was great!

Hatte alles was ich brauchte ! Im Nachhinein wäre eine Klima gut gewesen! Vermierter sehr nett hat oft seine Hilfe angeboten! Zimmer war wie beschrieben! Zum Strand nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß, aber da steppt nicht der Bär!!! Es ist eine ruhige Ecke mit tollen Ausflugsziel wie Tempelanlagen, Wasserfall und tolle fast verlassene Strände! Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben! Danke das ich da sein durfte es grüßt Daniel der Pali

We had a wonderful time at Tropicoco Resort. Although the bungalow is separate from the main resort, it was still convenient to stroll around. The resort provides access to a fantastic beach and has a lovely pool. The location is perfect, just 2 minutes from cafes, the beach, and a 7-Eleven. The bungalow was comfortable, especially the bed. Although it was a bit dim inside, it wasn't a significant issue. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the cleaning service was excellent. Overall, we had the best holidays and look forward to coming back.

Wonderfull place, we felt like at home. I have to say for me and my wife that one week was certainly not enough. The view is amazing. Short walk to the beach through the small sleepy village was our daily routine. We got lucky in this rainy season, because it was not raining at all, sea was very calm, we enjoyed swimming in crystal clear water a lot. For food and groceries, we visited pure pure kitchen - very nice family with small open kitchen on the edge of the hill, sometimes we enjoyed 20 mins walk through south hill to Haad Yao, sometimes we drove to Lotus supermarket (great prices)in Chaloklum, which is really nice town, with very calm vibe and clean beach also. Oh and when you love cats, you will be tested by their cuteness. We had two (neighbors?) cats visiting on daily basis. One of them was a bit annoying and jumping to the plates, so we tried not to feed it for the sake of the stay of next clients. There are many lonely creatures on this island,so we accepted them freely.

Einfaches aber schönes Airbnb appartment mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Die grosse Terasse war wundervoll mit seinen Sonnenuntergängen einfach magisch. Leider am Nachmittag war es zu heiss ohne Sonnenschirm. Sehr schöne Lage inmitten in der Natur obwohl es rundherum Nachbaren gibt ist es meistens sehr ruhig zum schlafen. Top Lage mit dem Roller ist man schnell überall hin.7/11 , Restaurants,Bar,Wäscherei alles in unmittelbarer nähe. Kevin und seine Frau sind immer hilfsbereit Danke nochmal. Ich würde wieder bei Kevin Übernachten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Just finished our second stay at the Cosy and sorry to be leaving. Only hotel on Maenam beach with a little pool with jacuzzi jets overlooking the sea and with the added bonus of eagles flying overhead and occasionally swooping down on some hapless fish. Staff are lovely and the food is to die for with a special mention to the tuna tartare though every meal we had there was gorgeous. Very quiet and the jetskis tend to stay away from this stretch of beach making it even more tranquil. If it’s a lot of nightlife you want this is the wrong place for you but just to chill and relax it’s perfect. Wi-Fi could be a little stronger but that is my only reservation.

This place is a treasure hidden away on the streets of Koh Samui. The family running the place have been wonderful and helpful and everything that we’ve been requesting asked or to find activities. Highly recommend coming to this little hidden paradise. It was an amazing time. Their pool is incredible, the gardens, wild singing canaries. Ensure that you program with the owners to get a taxi set up prior to landing. Taxi services from the airport will take advantage of any new comers.

Bisher die schönste Unterkunft auf unserer Thailandreise. Man muss zwar im Badezimmer mit ein paar Krabbeltieren und Geckos rechnen, aber so ist das wenn man in der Natur übernachtet. Atemberaubender Ausblick vom Balkon, man schläft mit Meeresrauschen ein. Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! :)
