Villa vacation rentals in Stockholm Municipality

This is a great house and Måns was a great host. The accommodation was even better than you might expect from the description and pictures. Bedrooms are all a good size, the kitchen is large and well equipped, and the living spaces are very comfortable (including two terraces with great views over the lake). Måns was very communicative in advance of our arrival, with guidance for the house and the surrounding area. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay, and he was very responsive and helpful. We didn't meet him, but he seems like a really nice guy (and his record collection is very cool 😁). The location is a bit more remote than we expected. This is great for some things - it is very quiet, and a swim in the lake was a great way to end a hot day - but if you don't have a car then you have a bit of a hike to do some shopping. We walked to Nacka Forum a few times (about 20 mins on foot), and then got a taxi back (if, like us, you don't speak Swedish, the easiest way is to ask the reception desk at Nacka Forum to call a taxi for you). Also, during our visit, the light rail was out of service due to a technical issue. This meant the only option to get in/out of the city was a longer walk to/from Storängen bus stop - it's a 15 minute walk, or you can do it in 10 at a push (the house is at the top of fairly steep hill, so it's a bit harder on the way back!). There are very frequent buses to/from Slussen, and the journey is only around 20 mins. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm.

Dejligt hus! Dejlig have! Roligt område, hvor det er nemt at komme til bus og indkøb. Alt var, som det så ud på billederne, og kommunikationen med Patrik kan der ikke sættes en finger på. Hvis vi skal til Stockholm igen, kunne vi sagtens finde på at booke Patriks hus igen.

Julie und Claes haben ein schönes und interessant eingerichtetes altes Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil man im Grünen, aber nicht weit von Stockholm entfernt wohnt. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur zwei Fußminuten enfernt. Man braucht wirklich kein Auto, um Stockholm zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Julie war sehr unkompliziert.

We absolutely loved Maria's house! There was plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 kids (5 and 2 year old boys) and it was very cozy. They also had lots of children's toys that entertained our boys during our entire stay there. It is a quiet neighborhood with several playgrounds nearby. We recommend any family with small kids to stay here! Maria was very responsive and quickly answered all the questions and concerns we had during the stay. It was a comfortable stay and we'd love to stay there again in the near future.

We had a really lovely stay in this very well equipped, clean home. It's in a quiet location surrounded by lots of nature including a lake where you can go swimming! Its not too far from the city with a nearby bus route and train link taking you into the center.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. War alles super! Mattias hat uns noch einige extra Annehmlichkeiten bereitgestellt. Laut den Fotos hatten wir erwartet, dass unsere Kinder im Wohnzimmer auf der Ausziehcouch übernachten müssen. Es standen aber sogar 4 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett zur Verfügung. Hatte also jeder seine Privatsphäre. Alles sehr liebevoll weihnachtlich dekoriert. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen falls wir nochmal mit so vielen Leuten gemeinsam nach Stockholm kommen. Großes Dankeschön nochmal nach Helenelund!

We spent a wonderful week at Hanna's house. It has plenty of space and everything you need - in the kitchen, on the terrace etc. Our kids loved having small individual bed rooms. We spent the days mostly in Stockholm, you reach the train after about 15 min walking. After our return we normally swam in the wonderful lake with a nice swimming spot (you can even swim to a small island!) which is 10 min walking distance. Hanna gave us all information necessary and responded to our questions at very short notice. Full recommendation!

Bellissima villetta su più piani perfettamente arredata e di recente ristrutturazione con splendida vista sul vicino laghetto e bellissimo bosco. Tre camere da letto e un bagno con vasca al piano superiore , uno studio con computer e pianoforte anche con possibilità di letto aggiuntivo , salone con camino ,cucina abitabile e un bagno con doccia al piano inferiore. Al piano interrato locale lavanderia con lavatrice ed asciugatrice nuove , locale caldaia e piccolo WC. Lo spazio esterno con BBQ e il piccolo giardino completano l'offerta in una zona silenziosissima che offre molte opportunità di camminate nella Natura. Supermercato e negozi a pochi minuti a piedi , due fermate della metropolitana equidistanti a 10 minuti a piedi portano in centro città in poco tempo. Mushka sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Un'ottima esperienza! Tack!

Jonas is an amazing host who met us at the house, showed us everything, and allowed us to use his beautiful pool. What a gorgeous home with lovely design and every comfort. Jonas was available throughout our stay as we asked questions. We felt so at home in this lush, quiet, comfortable setting. If you are visiting Stockholm this is a wonderful accommodation. Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in diesem superschönen Haus verbracht. Johan ist ein perfekter Gastgeber! Das Haus ist problemlos mit dem Zug oder Taxi von Stockholm aus erreichbar. Es hat eine herrliche Lage mit einer grossen, gemütlichen Veranda mit einmaliger Sicht in den Sonnenuntergang sowie einen grossen Garten von dem aus man direkt zum Schwimmen ins Wasser gehen kann. Das Haus ist super stilvoll eingerichtet, man kann sich herrlich erholen! Einkaufsläden und Restaurants und eine feine Gelateria sind in max 5-10min Gehdistanz. Johan ist überaus hilfsbereit, hat für unsere Ankunft alles perfekt vorbereitet und auf Anfragen sofort und sehr herzlich reagiert! Ich hoffe bald wiederzukommen und bin sehr glücklich, dieses Airbnb gefunden zu haben und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Lovisa was a great host. She was easy to communicate with, gave us excellent local tips, and made us feel right at home. The bed was super comfy, and we loved waking up to the serenity of the place. There are bikes for kids that are free to use, which was a nice touch. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family stay. We will definitely be back!

La maison d'Helena correspondait en tous points à nos attentes. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel, très agréable et calme. Nous avons même eu la chance d'apercevoir un lapin dans le jardin 😊. Le centre de Stockholm est accessible très rapidement, le tramway passe juste en bas de la rue. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des équipements, l'espace dans la maison et la décoration soignée, avec de belles pièces de design scandinave. Nous avons aussi passé de très bons moments dans le jardin : petit café du matin sur la terrasse, déjeuner au soleil et fin de journée dans le spa C'est une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans réserve. Helena a toujours été réactive et attentive au confort de notre séjour.

Per’s place was delightful. From the tasteful decor, to the large yard, trampoline, Sonos speakers everywhere (including some very nice Bang and Olufsen towers), spacious rooms, well-stocked kitchen, easy-to-use steam room, comfortable beds, abundant kid toys to share, and safe, convenient location… our entire stay was wonderful! We would happily stay here again and appreciated staying in a home that was clearly lovingly curated by the family that lives here and graciously shared with summer guests. Thank you again!

Dieses Haus ist einfach unglaublich! So eine tolle Lage, richtig schöne Aussicht und super modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Pool war sehr angenehm. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder mit meiner Familie hier her kommen. Frederika war als Gastgeberin äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen! Danke für alles!

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood! It was clean and great place for our family to stay! The only thing I’d note is that the master bedroom does not have a door, which was a surprise to us.

It has been an absolute pleasure to stay in this warm, classy and welcoming home. Owners have been very nice, considerate and understanding. Overall, our expectations are far and beyond exceeded.

We had a phenomenal stay at Jakob's house with pool in Stockholm. The location is great: quiet, but with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and with good public transport to the center of Stockholm. The spacious house is furnished with great taste and style and is fully equipped. Everything was available in the kitchen, and the sound system and projector are awesome. Jakob is a great host, and he answered questions very quickly. We will be happy to come back to Stockholm, and very happy to come back to Jakob's house - thank you for everything!

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold hos Anna og Joakim. Huset ligger i meget smukke omgivelser, som er endnu smukkere end på billederne. Poolen var fantastisk, og blev flittigt brugt af hele familien. Huset ligger godt, med kort afstand til Stockholm. Det kan anbefales at tage pendlerbåden, som er en nem og smuk måde at komme til Stockholm.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet alles sehr hochwertig. Vor allem der Outdoor Bereich lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Es gibt 2 Wohnzimmer sodass man auch immer Privatsphäre als Familie hat. Der Pool war für uns etwas zu kalt und nicht wie angegeben 30 grad. Was man beachten sollte: die Familie wohnt in diesem Haus erst dachten wir es ist noch jemand im Haus aufgrund der Schuhe /Auto. Es ist alles sehr sauber sodass uns das nicht störte. Bettwäsche und Handtücher bringt man mit. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

The home was amazing and had everything we needed - we were a family of 4 occupying the upstairs and a family of 3 with a small baby occupying the big room downstairs, where there's also a sofa in the room, and one can put a crib. The grill, pool, trampoline, berry bushes, the children's hut and slides and toys in the backyard - everything was incredible to spend a lot of quality time in the home, enjoying the company of friends we haven't seen in a long while. The setting was perfect for us. House amenities are in great conditions and everything came with clear instructions of use. The area is a quiet residential spot, so not a lot to do right there, but the waterfront is about 30min away walking - where you can swim and kayak or just walk and see ducks and geese, and there's a train to city center 3 minutes from the home. all in all, we had an amazing stay and home to return again!

this is a house located in one of the affluent areas in the north of Stockholm. the house has a nice pool, sauna if you know how to operate one, and good outdoor deck with a great view. the house is well equipped with a modern kitchen, living room with a nice TV, and a dining room with a good view. I'd recommend this place for families and people wanting to work remotely, imagine taking a swim and sauna after a day at work! while the location is beautiful with nearby water and a forest and a golf course, getting to the city could be a drag for some people with a pure touristy mindset. it's a comfortable house and the hosts were welcoming and on top of our requests.

We hebben de woning een week met vijf personen gehuurd. Een fijne, rustige omgeving. Het huis zelf is ruim en volledig. Wij hebben genoten van de tuin en het zwembad, heerlijk. In 30 min sta je in midden in Stockholm maar in de omgeving is meer te doen en te zien. Wij hebben mede door deze woning een geweldige week gehad. M.b.t. de bedden, Iveta had duidelijk aangeven dat het stapelbed een kleinere maat had, meer voor kinderen. Dat klopte en was voor ons dus geen probleem. Met zes volwassenen zou ik even overleggen met Iveta. De communicatie met Iveta verloopt overigens heel prettig. Ze is erg vriendelijk en snel met reageren. Wat ons betreft een aanrader.

Der Aufenthalt in Lindas und Eriks Haus war wunderbar und sehr erholsam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und über das Vertrauen gefreut, das ein Vermieter in seine Gäste haben muss, wenn er sein selbst bewohntes Haus für Fremde öffnet. Das haben wir zu schätzen gewusst.
