We are close to Zion National Park, Sand Hallow Reservoir, Quail creek Reservoir, Red Cliffs State Park, 20 different Golf courses, Sand Dunes, Brian Head Ski Resort, St George Marathon, Tuachan Theater, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Grand Canyon, & Lake Powell. 2 hours from the Las Vegas Airport, & only 45 minutes from the St. George Airport. You can see stars at night. Great weather. Safe neighborhood, clean & comfy beds. Great for couples, families with kids, business travelers, and big groups.

The space
Our home has space for you to relax and enjoy dinner & a movie, or BBQ on the back porch and watch the sun set. We have TV, WIFI, a WII gaming system, Pool table, & a play room full of toys for the kids. We have a washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. The yard is large for kids to play but please keep in mind the trampoline/play ground do not have supervision. Please jump, and play, at your own risk. No glass outside please.

Guest access
You will have access to the full walk out basement, about 3,000 square feet. It has 10 foot ceilings, so it is big and open. The 3 Bedrooms are all 17 feet by 21 feet. You have room to move around and enjoy our home. With many activities: pool table, massage chair, foot massager, playground, play house, 2 rocking horses for children, trampoline, Wii games, TV, DVD and VHS movies.

Other things to note
Our weather is always great. Almost always sunny. Hot in the Summer so bring sun block, and wonderful weather in the winter. But bring a jacket. We get very little rain. Drier air, so chap stick and lotion are good to have.
