We are 2 blocks from Bahía Serena Beach, Lake Nahuel Huapi. If you don't come by car, we are half a block from the bus stop. You can go downtown, tour Circuito Chico, Colonia Suiza, Cerro Llao Llao, Cerro Canpanario by taking a bus from the stop and many more places.
In the area there are supermarkets, pharmacies, a service station, bakery, butcher, and diet food store within walking distance.
We are on Avenida Bustillos and it is a very quiet area.

We offer cleaning service for stays that are 7 days or longer. Replacement of sheets and towels as well.
There will be an extra charge for stained towels and sheets.
Any breakages, too, I mean kitchen utensils, etc.
Other people are not allowed to sleep in the apartment. And in the case of visitors, notify the host in advance.
