Spacious, rustic but a little dusty, well-equipped accommodation for a family stay of 9 people in the countryside. The location is pleasant, quiet, about 15 minutes from Niort and 20-30 minutes from the Poitevin marshes. Hiking trails nearby: horses, sheep, cows, frogs... total change of scenery. Xavier is a friendly and responsive host.

Ann was very available, and was very accommodating (especially on our arrival time, a thousand thanks for that) The accommodation is very large, we stayed at 14 (9 adults and 5 children) and we did not lack space (except maybe on the kitchen table in rainy weather) The exterior is huge, and great for the kids. The pool is large and its access is well secured. The game room with darts, ping, badminton... and the bike room with bike available are really a plus.

A wonderful Easter weekend with family in a peaceful home. A great place to spend a week, a month, a weekend for 12 people. There's nothing lacking in the space. Delphine was very proactive and the instructions are clear and precise. We loved it and we'll definitely be back. Thanks also to Cindy for hosting us and for her kindness.
