Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

We offer you 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, flat screen tv in every room, wi-fi, specious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, fridge and sitting area for over 10 persons. We can arrange baby cots and baby chairs if needed.

Located at the heart of Old Town, in the famous „Proffesor’s House” with the view overlooking the Vistula River the place is very cozy and quiet.The building is an old granary with 2 entrances - higher Brzozowa Str (then the apt is on 1st floor) and lower Bugaj Str (4th floor so you’ll enjoy some excercise)!
