Houses in Scottsdale

La Vie Contemporaine Old Town | HeatedPool+HotTub!
Really enjoyed this home and our stay there. We took advantage of the pool, hot tub, putting green, and shuffleboard! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and an easy, short walk to Chaparral Park. Javier and team were incredibly responsive and friendly in all correspondence. Highly recommend!

Bella Palma: Elegance & Style w/Putt, Pool & Spa!
Upon arrival the house was simple to access and very clean. The backyard is comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen had everything one would need to cook a meal on the stove or BBQ on the grill out back. Host was very responsive which is always appreciated.

Stylish Home w/ Hot Tub, Heated Pool & Game Room
We had a wonderful stay! The home was easy to access and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was impressively stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils we could possibly need, and there were plenty of linens available for our entire group. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and pool—such a perfect way to unwind. This place was the ideal spot for a little reprieve, and we’d absolutely stay again!

Grand Mirage: Resort Style Heated Pool +Basketball
We enjoyed everything about Ryan’s place. It was very clean, well decorated and had everything we needed for a weekend. We didn’t leave much since the house was equipped to keep us busy but when we did the location was perfect. Just minutes to where we wanted to go. Would highly recommend.

*That Scottsdale Vibe* Old Town
Lindsey’s place was the perfect stay for our group’s bachelorette party. It really was that Scottsdale vibe! The backyard was awesome, the house was clean and Lindsey was super responsive and helpful if we have questions or issues. Would recommend this house and host!

Scottsdale Oasis - Heated Pool* & Putting Green
Beautiful, clean and spacious place in a quiet area. Plenty of amenities, lots of space and the pool and backyard—amazing! We loved this space and would definitely stay here again. The hosts were great too.

Scottsdale home w/ pool and spa, 7 min to Kierland
This home truly felt like a safe haven. It was an escape that was peaceful and relaxing. Had everything we needed, and was a great for keeping the kids entertained! The karaoke machine was a huge hit and even having the outdoor speaker for the pool time was such a thoughtful touch. Glenn was very communicative and always responded immediately. If you’re looking for a home that feels like your own house this has everything you could possibly need!

Desert Oasis: Pool-Spa-Golf-PingPong-Poker
We loved our stay at the desert oasis! It was the perfect place for our large group of girls with plenty of space for everyone. The house is even better in person, it truly felt like our own personal resort for a few days. The outdoor area can’t be beat. Location is a bit far from town but we loved how peaceful it was. With so much to do on the property there was no need to leave! Hosts were lovely and very responsive. Would recommend and would love to stay here again.

Mid-Century Modern w/ Guest House in Old Town
We felt that the location was ideal for us as we attended the ASU graduation and were able to explore the area with family. Being able to hop onto Scottsdale road (without hearing any street noise at night) was super convenient to go either way to Tempe, the interstate to see other areas (Phoenix, Mesa, camelback), and of course north to old and new Scottsdale. Close to very good restaurants and any store you may need. The house is what you see on the site. The casita is a small house with space and is extremely well kept and ideal for a larger group. The main house was spacious and well laid out. Everyone was happy with their rooms. Ryan had everything stocked from towels, bathroom necessities, plates, glasses, etc. The pool table came in handy for some friendly games. The covered carport is a great benefit in AZ. Another benefit is the checkout, Ryan kept it simple. Very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Villa de Paz
We had a wonderful stay with Melissa. She was great to work with. She was so fun to get to know. Very private location and peaceful. We will be making more visits back to her place most definitely!

Beautiful Home in Old Town Scottsdale +Heated Pool
Oh my gosh we were absolutely obsessed with this spot for oh best friends bachelorette! We spent 2 hours on a zoom call narrowing down our choice and we were beyond impressed na happy with our stay and this home. Peaceful, spacious, big enough pool, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and easy/close drive to the bars (less than 5 mins) - I have so many friends getting married this year and thinking Scottsdale and plan to recommend this spot to them. She let us check in early on the day of to decorate free of charge also which was amazing! Thank you so so much!

Desert haven! - Family Fun
We had such a great time. We hung out in the pool and were able to grill and relax. Check in was a breeze and Allison was ALWAYS available when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Modernism meets Spanish Style with gorgeous pool
I really enjoyed my stay the house was beautifulllll! The pictures definitely made it seem bigger than what it was but it was beautiful nonetheless. The property is shared with a studio in the backyard. The owners let us know that there would be someone sharing the space with us. But it felt a little invasive on both parties. I felt our neighbors deserved more privacy as they had to walk through backyard to the side gate to leave. I would definitely book again and included the studio in my next stay.

Mid Century Modern Home in Old Town w/ Heated pool
The Airbnb was amazing and such a fun themed house! The pool was great and warm enough with the 100 degree weather even without heating it. Great neighborhood and quiet. It was about 12 min ride down to Old Town Scottsdale and about 7 min to the club area of Scottsdale, which was convenient. Our only complaint was that the back sliding door to the yard/pool was not locking properly and needs to be fixed. Overall, great house!

Viva Vacation Villa! Walk to South Mountain Park!
Very comfortable and enjoyable! The backyard was awesome. Loved the lemon trees, landscape and view of the mountains. Would definitely stay in this beautiful house again!

The Old Town Oasis - Heated Pool & Jacuzzi
Wonderful stay beautiful house and great owners! House includes a lot of things for you to enjoy your time! I do not recommend forgetting anything ! As they will charge you a fee of $100 to ship your belongings

Architectural Dream Guest House
Perfect location for a wedding we attended at El Chorro. The apartment was a comfortable, quiet place to retreat to. We used and appreciated the information on nearby restaurants and the guidebook to local hikes that Karah provided.

Centrally Located Renovated Guest House
Shaayna’s place was super clean which is something 100% important! Clean bathroom and tub/shower! Clean appliances! It’s located in a very peaceful area! Check in is pretty easy and WiFi is great! You’ll love it here!

Views & Architecture-Mid Century on Mountain
Thomasina’s place was so lovely and made us feel like we were in the mountains while still being in the city. The mid century furniture and decor were amazing, as well as the incredible bathtub and bedroom, with beautiful views of the city. Thomasina was always responsive and gave great recommendations of things to do around the city, and made our stay feel seamless. Would absolutely visit again!

Scottsdale guest suite
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful casita! It’s cozy, clean, and full of charm—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). Jeffery was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this little gem for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. We’d definitely love to return!

Tiny House Living, with large gardens!
Clean room, central location, great host

Your Cozy Place | Pool | Work & Play | Scottsdale
we had such a great time and enjoyed every bit of the beautiful space neighborhood and the pool. will definitely be coming back

Foodie's Dream | Walk to Top Restaurants & Shops
Mark’s place was absolutely stunning. It fit our group of 8 more than comfortably. The house was clean and spacious with a pristine pool. The games outside were just as pictured in the listing. The house is also in a great location near restaurants and grocery stores. It’s also just a short ride away from Old Town. Again, the house was perfect and I would highly recommend.

Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale!!
Perfect unit/amenities in a very walkable area- just as described. Really enjoyed that the kitchen had everything needed to cook. Great communication from Aaron with easy checkin/out.

All About Scottsdale
Desert living comes with an air of sophistication in Scottsdale, with more than 200 area golf courses and 50 luxury spas. Located in Arizona’s Sonoran Desert at the bottom of the McDowell Mountains, the city sits in the center of the area’s cultural hubs: a few miles south of Paradise Valley, six miles north of Tempe, about 13 miles northeast of Phoenix, 20 miles southwest of Fountain Hills, less than 20 miles southeast of Glendale, and 30 miles south of the Western town of Cave Creek. With upscale dining in North Scottsdale, shopping centers in Kierland Commons, vibrant nightlife in Old Town, and plenty of natural wonders to explore — whether it’s hiking Camelback Mountain or driving the Apache Trail — every Scottsdale experience comes with a distinctly Southwestern flavor.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Scottsdale
With 330 days of sun a year, it’s always the right time to pack light clothing for a Scottsdale visit. The sizzling desert heat reaches triple digits in the summer, with average highs above 100 degrees Fahrenheit and lows in the high 60s and 70s from June through September. Winter days remain warm with highs in the high 60s to low 70s, but lows can dip down into the high 30s and 40s, so always carry a jacket or extra layers. March, April, and November strike a balance, with highs in the 70s and lows in the 40s — the perfect months for outdoor adventures without the scorching heat or the chilly night air.
