Centrally-located home 3 minutes away from restaurants like Olive Garden and Red Robin, 3 minutes from shopping like Costco, the mall, and Walmart. Large fully fenced yard with lots of shade, and a raised garden in the summer! Enjoy meals in the wonderful kitchen and separate dining room, or go out to the picnic table. Play structure, slide, and tree swing with shade! The driveway fits 4 SUVs or a large RV and 2 cars. We love this home!

Historic Downtown and our legendary bike trails are just 2 miles away.

Ross Park Guesthouse
Perfect for work or play! The hospital is 10 minutes away, and Idaho State University is just down the road. Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. Outdoor adventure awaits minutes away at City Creek and Edson Fichter Nature Area, with easy access to Pebble Creek Ski Area and relaxing soaks in Lava Hot Springs. Passing trains add a touch of nostalgic charm. Sep 2-8 our parking area is unavailable. We have street parking.

In the heart of the Historic University N'hood in Pocatello, this "loft" is perfect for the traveling professor, business professional, travelers on their way through to Yellowstone or The Tetons, or those just looking for a cozy and clean space to stay in our beautiful small city. Idaho State University is a short two block walk and within 3 blocks we have a darling coffee shop, an eclectic hardware store (that carries a grand selection of shoes, wine, and outdoor gear) and a grocery store.

Penthouse, Incredible View!
This penthouse is in the heart of Historic Downtown Pocatello, offering fantastic mountain views and a luxurious vintage feel—ideal for couples exploring the area or locals seeking a night away from home. Fargo is a historic building dating back to 1914. This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Sienna Blooms
Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

The Luxe Loft is a private, newly built, 750 square foot loft space at the top floor of a spacious shop with an open floor plan. It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck. During the summer months, the landscaping is spectacular. There is a balcony area with a bistro set to enjoy a meal or beverage while enjoying the scenic views.

Minutes away from Idaho State University, Portneuf Medical Center, and numerous venues that host a variety of activities. Not to mention only a short 40 minute drive to the world famous Lava Hot Springs. This townhouse is spacious enough to sleep up to 8 people comfortably and amenities that allow you to live like you were home.

It is stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. Washer and Dryer are available for use. The Wooden accents were sourced from a homestead in Bancroft, ID. My wife and I hope you enjoy this space as much as we did designing it !
