Family Farmhouse in the City!

Farmhouse themed home-gather chicken eggs with your family! Centrally-located home 3 minutes away from restaurants like Olive Garden and Red Robin, 3 minutes from shopping like Costco, the mall, and Walmart. Large fully fenced yard with lots of shade, and a raised garden in the summer! Enjoy meals in the wonderful kitchen and separate dining room, or go out to the picnic table. Play structure, slide, and tree swing with shade! The driveway fits 4 SUVs or a large RV and 2 cars. We love this home!

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a small family. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

It is located in an upscale area with incredible, sweeping views of the area and surrounding mountains. You can often glimpse deer and other wildlife from the windows and off the deck. During the summer months, the landscaping is spectacular. There is a balcony area with a bistro set to enjoy a meal or beverage while enjoying the scenic views.
