Fargo is a historic building dating back to 1914. This penthouse has served many purposes, from a ballroom during the roaring 1920s to a manager's suite, a pigeonhole, and now transformed into a modern loft! Newly renovated, it preserves its historical essence while meeting modern demands.

Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Come enjoy a quick or longer stay at our travel themed basement studio apartment. We’re located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to Idaho State University, hospital, and with easy access to interstate. The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed.
