We had a wonderful time at Nick’s place, despite the weather! We were in Indiana to celebrate a family members graduation from Ball State. All guests agreed that this spot was well worth the 30 minute easy drive to campus. The home was exactly as described, the hot tub was hot, the paddle boat was loads of fun for navigating the small lake, the pool table provided hours of entertainment and the board games filled in the down time. Nick left a manual with answers to all our questions and was easy to commute with for our one question that did not have a ready answer. We would stay here again if ever in the area again!

What a unique home in a peaceful location, complete with a sweet and friendly cat host! We appreciated the fun deco, the comfortable atmosphere and the beautiful views of the river out of the big picture windows. Lots of special touches from Krista (snacks, flowers, themed deco) and she was proactive and responsive to communication. Highly recommend! We would love to stay in a warmer month to make use of the kayaks next time too!

This is a great location if you have a Taylor student you are visiting. The home is so nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed. We just needed one night for a college visit. I wish we had more time to enjoy the backyard and firepit. She left us sparkling water, granola bars, coffee, tea, water and handmade soaps. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels and any soap or toiletries needed. We will be back to stay for sure.

The loft was charming and quiet, with its own balcony surrounded by lovely gardens. Al built many of the wooden furniture pieces and decorations, making the place homey and unique. We walked in and immediately felt so well taken care of. It’s been a long time since I enjoyed breakfast as much as I did on that little balcony. Judy introduced herself and was a wonderful hostess. Love how unique, enchanting, and restful this place was. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs to take a deep breath and rest!

Studio M is delightful! It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood, is beautifully and tastefully decorated and has everything you could need for your stay, including more cookware and pantry staples than you would expect, and nice appliances. The place is super clean and bed was comfortable, also. Directions were clear for check in and checkout and Kelly is a very responsive host. Would definitely stay there again if ever able, and would recommend it highly!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. Very spacious and the character and charm was top notch. There are 3 great sized bedrooms on the first floor, and upstairs is the kid's area with a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a couple play areas. Loved the galley kitchen/dining room! You could tell that the house is well taken care of and pride of its restoration. Sara and Scott were great hosts; they were very responsive anytime we needed them. I would definitely stay at the Farmhouse again, highly recommended!

This is my second time staying here and it’s so clean and a nice place to stay. Very peaceful. Sitting on the back deck over looking the pond listening to the birds is very relaxing.

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
