You will have at your disposal the entire 60 m2 accommodation composed of: ~ a 20 m2 mezzanine bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed ~ a second bedroom on the ground floor furnished with a 140 x 200 bed All bedding is new, equipped with high quality mattresses accompanied by a mattress topper for optimal comfort Bed linen is fully provided ~ a 40 m2 equipped kitchen living area You will have at your disposal: * microwave * an electric convection oven * a Nespresso coffee machine * a 4-burner induction hob * an extractor hood * a washing machine with dryer and laundry detergent ~ a 104 cm High Definition TV ~ reversible air conditioning ~ Unlimited Wi-Fi Internet ~ a large Italian shower with soap dispenser ~ hair dryer and bath linen are available ~ I also lend mats to sit in the sun on the beach!! ~ canvas bags for shopping and transporting or even a shopping cart (very practical) to move around without being loaded! You have access to the whole apartment I will be there to greet guests and remain available at all times. Knowing the city and the region well, I will gladly help you organize your stay. Drop off your luggage in the Vieux-Port neighborhood and immerse yourself in a typical Marseille atmosphere. Discover its lively terraces and fish market or enjoy a small cruise on the Mediterranean. A guide will be available in the apartment and all the necessary recommendations for your stay. Please note, the apartment is on the rooftops on the 5th floor without elevator access, which gives it all its light! There is no noise pollution from the city because it overlooks an inner courtyard!

Please note, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep on the last two floors, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility.
