There is low traffic on the Woonerf street where the flat is and the neighborhood of the railway station is its next advantage.

The tenement house went through a comprehensive revitalisation in 2019, and all apartments, including ours, are new. Piotrkowska Street is the real heart of Łódź, and our apartment is in the heart of that heart :) It's not easy to find a better spot in Łódź :) The apartment is ideal for short trips and longer stays for 2-4 people. It is functional and fully equipped.
