Welcome to Acadiana! This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom historic Home is located in the Freetown neighborhood of Lafayette. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, entertainment, and is close to several of the main festivals that occur in downtown Lafayette. If you’re visiting for one of those events, you know how crucial private off-street parking is, and you can fit two mid-sized cars in our driveway. One block away from Festival International, Mardi Gras and so much more.

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.
