Alle Hotspots (UNESCO-Welterbe Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophisches Zentrum, Kongresspalais Stadthalle usw.) sind gut erreichbar. Der ICE-Bahnhof kann fußläufig in 15 min. erreicht werden. Küche ist nicht in der Wohnung integriert, aber eine Möglichkeit der Tee-oder Kaffeebereitung ist gegeben. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank (alkoholfreies Bier u. Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
