This is a very nice clean camper only minutes from the nys thruway , lake Erie Dunkirk ,Fredonia ,wineries and other area attractions. Fishermen welcome room for parking a boat. W/ stove ,,microwave,toilet, shower, coffee maker ,toaster ,pans,wi fi , tv gets 30 plus stations ,fridge / freezer, A.C. ,heat ,2 queen beds all linens included . This is truly a spectacular and luxurious accommodation located across from the Welland Canal, central to the town. Newly and completely rebuilt in 2021 with a gated entrance for two cars, and a large second floor patio that is covered and tastefully appointed. The pictures can speak for themselves! With tourism to the left, the city centre to the right, and the boats passing by straight ahead, everything you need is within walking distance. Guest must have Min. of 2 five star reviews.

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.
