Sedona Luxury | Pool, Views & Family Fun

SamanthaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Incredible spot for a few days with the family in Sedona. We loved watching the sunset from the living room. We had our 2 toddlers with us and the locking doors helped keep our mind at ease with them having access to the pool. Host was very responsive when we had trouble getting the hot tub working. Would definitely stay here again!

Cottage on 2.5 acres Close to Downtown, Snowbowl

MatthewRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Ideal cabin close to Snowbowl. Private area but close to snowbowl, downtown flagstaff and Lowell Observatory. Highly recommend bringing chains for potentially icy roads in the neighborhood. And arrive during daylight so it is easier to find.

Karma Cottage: Views + Hiking Trails

BillRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Kylla’s place was absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway with my wife. The amenities were exactly as described and Kylla checked in multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our time. We have been to Sedona before and were looking for a place where you could walk right to trailheads. There are multiple within walking distance. We like to walk instead of drive when we are on vacation and we were able to walk to multiple restaurants, an organic food store and a Starbucks all within 15 minutes. It is about 3 miles to downtown and uptown Sedona and we decided to walk it on Saturday which worked out just fine. I cannot recommend the location or the place more, it was a fantastic spot!

3bed+den NakaiChalet AC EVCharger spa Sale April

AshleighRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We loved our stay at Clara’s place! It was in a beautiful area, easy access, and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The pool table, and ping pong kept our kids busy during most of our stay. The house was inviting, clean, and cozy. The kitchen was very well stocked! The only complaint I have is there were a few dishes that had clearly been put away dirty. Other than that everything was wonderful! The hot tub was so nice to relax in. We will stay again for sure!

The Prickly Pear on Main St-WALK to Tasting Rooms

MarkRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This is an awesome location. We have family that lives in Cottonwood and we brought other family to Cottonwood for the holidays. The front unit is great. Fully equipped and functional kitchen. The dining room/front room was large with space for all. We had about 18 people for Xmas day activities. There is a great backyard, with ping pong and cornhole and some other games. There were yoga mats and yoga happened. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The units feel very private even though the front is on Main Street. We had 2 small dogs and the driveway has a closing gate which allowed the dogs to be outside without the possibility of wandering off. The yard was enclosed. The units are close to Old Town Cottonwood. An easy walk to wineries, dining and shops. Hard to go wrong in this location Kristen and Glen were helpful and informative. We needed fragrance free cleaning due to some allergies and they accommodated our cleaning needs. Highly appreciated! We'd go again.

Walk to the swimming holes. Guest House.

EllieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Part of being a good host is being responsive when issues arise. We had a small issue when we checked in late at night. The host was very responsive and quick to make everything perfect immediately. The area was fabulous for hiking and views gorgeous esp if you hiked up the hill to Slick rock. Downtown Sedona can be pretty busy so it was nice to have options in the area for hiking and views. Our dog loved the back yard and made friends with other doggos in the area so able to run off that energy. Would def stay there again.

Paradise in the Pines - cozy, pet friendly!

MichelleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had such a lovely time at the cabin! We really appreciated the kid friendly amenities: the books, the games, the playground, and the Ninja course; the kids really felt home away from home. We also enjoyed walking around the beautiful neighborhood and the nearby trail. It was nice to recap our daily adventures next to a nice cozy fire in fireplace in the evenings. We are so thankful for the great memories at this cabin.

Sedonic Utopian Château: Mid-Century Madness!

JeremyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wonderful place. Fantastic location. Easy walk into town, takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Would have loved to stay longer. The views from the front and from the balcony were stunning. Had a couple deer in the yard one morning. Ran into some javalinas, just after sundown one night, on our way back from dinner. Would love to come back in the near future. Hopefully this location will still be avaliable for our next trip.

Rio De Flag Downtown Retreat

LeslieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Justin's place was perfect for us. Were were able to walk to my daughter's indoor track meet on the NAU campus & to downtown cafes, restaurants & the historic district. Since it is a neighborhood with many students and it was the weekend I expected some noise at night, but it was quiet. It is an older, cozy home with a lot of nice touches, such as, plenty of condiments for preparing meals, snacks, quality coffee & tea, etc. We enjoyed the games, magazines, books, smart tv, cool artwork & pleasant lighting. The heat worked great and there are individual vents in each room so it is easy to control. I would stay here again!

Magical Sedona Stay – Hot Tub, Fire Pit & Trails

OrryRating, 5 stars1 week ago
House was great and loved that the hot tub was clean and worked well. Well maintained we even ran into the maintenance guy for the hot tub. Beds were nice and comfy. Also what is great is that everything is within walking or bike riding distance and also some fun Mtb/hiking trails within a mile. Also love that we had access to the garage and were able to park our bikes in there. Host was always in contact and answered any questions we had.

Your guide to Flagstaff

All About Flagstaff

The city of Flagstaff is home to various natural wonders, such as Arizona’s tallest mountain, Humphreys Peak, which draws hikers, skiers, and mountaineers to this scenic stretch of Northern Arizona. It’s also where you’ll find Walnut Canyon National Monument, with canyon walls and cliffs holding dwellings that once served as homes to the Sinagua Indians in the 12th and 13th centuries. The Sinagua left more than 80 multi-room dwellings here, 25 of which can be viewed from the footpaths snaking through the canyons. Further remains of ancient Sinagua structures, inhabited between 1070 and 1275 A.D., can be found at Elden Pueblo Archaeological Site in central Flagstaff.

The city itself has a sophisticated restaurant scene and notable museums such as the Museum of Northern Arizona, where you can learn all about this fascinating red rock region of the United States. Flagstaff is also a popular stop on the way to the Grand Canyon, whose pastel peaks and sweeping vistas are only an hour and a half away.

The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Flagstaff

Flagstaff boasts plenty to do year-round, making it an ideal getaway during any season. If you’re planning to get your fill of winter sports and explore the nearby ski slopes, then make sure you get here between December and February. Just remember to pack those tire chains or have four-wheel drive to avoid any hiccups en route. If you’re looking to bask in the Arizona sunshine, then book your cabin in Flagstaff for July or August. Fall and spring in Flagstaff offer more temperate weather, with plenty of trails perfect for a midday hike during these months.

Top things to do in Flagstaff

Lowell Observatory

As one of the oldest observatories in the United States, Lowell Observatory has a fascinating history. This now research facility is where astronomers first discovered Pluto in the early 20th century, where the rings of Uranus were studied in great detail, and where the Apollo program worked on some of their moon planning. Today you can take a tour of the facility, watch various science films, and check out far away constellations using the observatory telescope.

Humphrey’s Peak Trail

The hike up to Arizona’s highest peak is a five-mile-long trek into nature along a steep and rocky trail that guarantees great views of the canyons and the Painted Desert. While Humphrey’s Peak Trail is open year-round, slippery conditions make it more ideal for exploring in the spring and summertime, with permits required for the winter months’ entry.

Wheeler Park

This green area — located just steps away from the city’s visitor center —plays host to a number of weekend arts festivals throughout the year, and is also one of Flagstaff’s most popular picnic spots. Visitors can enjoy the grassy land on the benches outlining the park, or bring along a blanket for a picnic. In the fall, visitors can take part in an Oktoberfest celebration, and in the winter, the park’s trees are decked out with holiday lights to bring in the season’s cheer.
