The Roost is a custom build with quality craftmanship. It's set among old growth cottonwood trees in a relaxed older neighborhood that feels like the country. You'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, May- Oct. there is a small patio to bbq and a yard with fire table and 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the many birds and deer in the summer. Downstairs is a queen bed/bath with a trundle in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen with small stainless gas range, apartment sized fridge and dishwasher.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just 2 blocks north of Cody's historic main street and convenient to everything! If you go north on 12th street you have public river access and a sweet walking trail! This little 2 bedroom home was built in 1927 and has been a labor of love to bring it up to date for all to enjoy! Please note, you do have to access the bathroom through the bedrooms and the second bedroom can be accessed from the deck or through the first bedroom!
