You'll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, May- Oct. there is a small patio to bbq and a yard with fire table and 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the many birds and deer in the summer. Downstairs is a queen bed/bath with a trundle in the loft. Fully equipped kitchen with small stainless gas range, apartment sized fridge and dishwasher.

If you go north on 12th street you have public river access and a sweet walking trail!
