Our studio is located in the center of the city, just 3 minutes walk to downtown and close to all attractions: restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and more. We offer accommodation for up to 4 people with private bathroom, kitchenette, free parking on the premise and wifi. This is an open floor studio apartment. There is an outdoor patio if the weather is good. Property manager is available if you need anything during your stay.

Comfortable and clean apartment with a lot of parking space (which costs 1.5 euro per day) , situated in a nice neighborhood, just about 800m from the very heart of the City and about 150m from the biggest Park in the City. Near the flat is Market (0-24h ) and Gas Station (0-24h). My desire is to make every guest feel at home with us and enjoy Banja Luka as much as possible! You can also enjoy gorgeous view of the city from our 10th floor balcony. There are two elevators in the building.
