Fantastic house located on Castelao Avenue, with its large parks and gardens, with stunning views of the estuary and port, you can see the arrival of the largest ocean liners in the world from the suite!! Next to Plaza América and close to the center (bus/taxi 8 minutes, walking 35 minutes) and the beach 2 km, bus at the bus stop to be able to move around, all services nearby. In the portal there are 2 parking spaces for the disabled. A parking space in the garage is available. And 2 elevators.
