Vacation rentals in Upper Amherst Cove

Stayed at Jessica’s T house for 10 days Aug 2024. Open, bright and airy charming Oceanview historic home. Bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable, Half bath and laundry were convenient. stayed with a 7 mo old; nice playpen provided. I would like to see an outdoor seating area and BBQ off the kitchen. 2 Camp chairs were handy.

The Green Cottage was perfect for our needs while attending the annual food festival Roots, Rants & Roars. The place was very clean, comfortable beds and sofa, large washroom and a great central location to explore the town of Elliston. We asked to stay an additional night last minute and Gina was quick to accommodate. Would stay again!

The listing was very accurate. The space was extremely clean, great amenities and the wine, snacks, homemade bread and jam were a pleasant surprise. We stayed during the winter for a hockey tournament and it was great to have the extra space and amenities, instead of the 4 of us in a cramped hotel room.

This was our second stay at Annette and Karen's lovely cottage in Bonavista. The location is awesome, just a short walk down to the ocean and into town. The bed (we only used the downstairs bedroom because there were only two of us) was very comfortable. We love Bonavista and will stay here again!

Angela's place in Bonavista is like being able to live inside a dollhouse from your childhood. There is a special kind of charm, and the love put into every detail is evident. It is positively immaculate, and we felt right at home. Our car got a flat on the weekend when every garage closed. One call to Roy and he was on it! He picked up my husband and the tire and brought them to his friends in Eliston for repair. Absolutely saved us! I cannot recommend this place enough, and cannot wait to return on our next trip to Newfoundland!

Beautiful historic home! Spotlessly clean and inviting. We felt like we were home.

We had a beautiful girls weekend in Garden Cove. We wanted a weekend of full relaxation - cooking meals together, reading, fires, hot tub, board games - and we got exactly what we needed. Plenty of room to all relax together comfortably. It was the perfect place to hunker down for a relaxing winter weekend.

James’ place is wonderful. The many windows let in so much sunlight and offer a stunning scenic view, making it feel both cozy and expansive. The woodstove is perfect for relaxing in front of, and the bed is incredibly comfortable for a great night’s sleep. The beautifully tiled shower is a highlight, and everything was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay!
