Lovely, well kept home with all the amenities. Nicely decorated. Nice back yard and pool area. Big bathrooms each with 2 sinks and lots of vanity space- important to us ladies. Will definitely try to stay there again.

This was our second stay at this property. We stayed in a different cottage/casita this time. It’s a lovely property with an in-ground pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen that is well stocked with food and appliances. She has a couple of outdoor fireplaces and plenty of seating outdoors to sit and visit and enjoy the surroundings. We could help ourselves to oranges off the trees! Both casitas have wonderful showers in them. This is a fun experience!

We enjoyed our stay. Brandon, our host was quick to respond when there was a water issue. They ere friendly and always responded quickly with all of our questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay and had a fun golf trip. Great place for a group. Mark was a great host and made checking in and out really easy.

we visited for our sons 17th birthday, with our kids. we had a great time. For one of the 1st times, I paid for the heated pool and it was actually warm when I arrived. we travel to AirBnb's at least once a month. There were a couple of minor issues we found when we checked in, however, the host was very responsive and was there in the morning to fix. As for the one negative review on this place, I just want to make sure that it is addressed, this home doesn't smell or doesn't have any leaks. Everything was perfect! Thank you again for being so responsive. We had a wonderful time

Good location as a base yo run the Black Canyon 100k. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms clean.

The place was just as described and Cathy was super responsive to all of our needs. The house was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, which were also very clean. I would absolutely recommend the place to anyone visiting the Scottsdale area. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thanks Cathy!

Sarah's 'Hidden Desert' cottage lives up to its name! Though it wasn't far from anything we needed or wanted (supermarkets, trails, the Musical Instrument Museum). It is set beautifully among the saguaros, with plenty of privacy. We loved having our breakfast on the terrace, while watching the quail and rabbits. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better refuge! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a family visit. Spacious living room with an open floor plan to the kitchen. Perfect for pool parties and watching the game. A quiet neighborhood that is so peaceful. And bradley the host is super responsive!

The place was easy to find! It was clean and inviting for our family! Even though it’s off a very busy road the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! The beds were all comfy! The bathroom was super clean. It was nice they provided towels for bath and pool! The kitchen was equipped with all things you would need for cooking! The backyard was beautiful! Chairs to lounge and enjoy the sun by the pool! Great to stay overall! We would definitely stay again!

Place was in a great location for a wedding that we were participating in. There were enough beds to accommodate everyone.

Great location close to Old Town Scottsdale. Loved the house, gardens - and the neighborhood was quiet. Fantastic place to stay for a girls' trip.

This is a beautiful home. I was in Goodyear again for work and decided to stay at Josh and Kimberly’s home instead of the typical hotel. The house was clean, comfortable and a pleasant change from a hotel. Minutes from my work, the house was in the perfect location. Within minutes you can be at many great restaurants. Thanks again Josh and Kimberly for letting me stay at your home. It was worth it ! Greg

We met at Rob's place for Christmas with my children and grandchidren. The house was exactly as described, clean and comfortable for all of us. The extra family room was a perfect place for the younger kids to gather. The pool was used for a brief dip (we knew it was not heated) and enjoyed the hot tub . Would recommend Rob's place for a larger group.

We enjoyed our stay at Kristina's home. It is in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and very spacious. We had everything we needed.

Had a good week at Maria’s home. It’s close to great restaurants and many entertainment venues. The neighborhood is very active and can be noisy with loud cars and stereos but the noise did not noticeably continue past 10 pm. This is obviously not something that Maria has control of. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you plan on being active during your stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

Amazing house! We stayed here for a conference and it was the perfect setting for a large group. The house is within walking distance to the convention center and many restaurants. We loved using the pool, hot tub, and all of the outdoor amenities.

Shanie and Billy’s place is one of the cleanest and cutest places we’ve stayed! There were clear instructions on everything. They had a binder full of information on the area. We felt right at home and can’t wait to go back in July. We usually visit Fountain Hills once a month and hope that in the future we can stay here more and more. Thank you Shanie and Billy.
